The moment you set foot in one of our Amazing Lash Studio in Euless, Texas, you know you are in the right place. Our contemporary studio designs welcome you with a bright, comfortable lobby where you will complete some initial documentation to help your stylist customize your style. You will be greeted by your licensed lash stylist and escorted to your private suite. That’s right, a private suite so you can relax and unwind while our stylists do their magic. Your stylist will review your documentation and discuss the look you are seeking. Together you will review the proprietary lash styles and determine the length and thickness of your lashes. Next, you get comfortable on our cushioned massage tables and the stylist begins their magic.

The place was really nice and well kept, and the staff were so nice and welcoming! My stylist Valencia was very nice and patient (I was late due to traffic and she was still able to get me in) Valencia did an amazing job on my lashes she only took about 2 hours and they came out great and exactly how I wanted them! I highly recommend her and this place!

I’ve been here about 3-4x so far but today I received some of the worst service I have experienced. My usual lash tech Kaitlin is not longer there so I went with a new tech. I let her know I had to use the restroom and she informed me that she wouldn’t be able to finish my lashes to 100% and put the tape back on when I didn’t even want the tape removed in the first place. Even though she didn’t even finish my lashes 100% they charged me the full balance of $125, which is the most I’ve ever paid here. They didn’t really seem to care about anything but payment method. I’m honestly extremely disappointed in the service and I am never coming here again.

After recently losing my longtime lash artist due to her moving out of state, I decided to take a chance at amazing Lash studio due to the convenient and distance to where I live. I had to schedule a removal and get a fresh replacement set with one of the artists. When I left for my appointment some of my false lashes were hanging off my real lashes. Immediately after my appointment. They could tell that I was disappointed after leaving the appointment and offered to have a senior lash artist fix my lashes. I came back the following day and while the senior lash artist did a good job, it should not take a senior status to be able to do the lashes correctly. In addition to that money was charged from my account that was not from my regular membership fee. When I called and inquired about what the charge was for and nobody seem to be able to answer my questions. I am totally turned off by this place. Do yourself a favor and save yourself the trouble and don’t get your lashes done here.

This was my first time getting my lashes done and I had an amazing first experience. Every question and concern I had about getting them done we’re answered and assured. The process was so soothing and comfortable it didn’t even feel like an hour went by. Ask for Kaitlin!

Pretty good experience, however; it was my first time getting lash extensions and I felt there could have been more communication to prepare me for what to expect. While I did arrive clean of makeup etc, I was instructed to wash my eyes in their public restroom. Had I known, I’d have prepared at home. The staff was nice and helpful even though my appointment was delayed due to another client running overtime. Once the tech finished I asked for a correction on one eye because they were uneven. The tech fixed it with no questions asked so all in all I left satisfied. Lashes lasted a full two weeks before starting to need a fill. I will go again for special occasions. Not a regular thing for me.

Last summer I visited the Amazing Lash in Euless and I was not pleased with my lashes. After only two days all the lashes on my left eye fell off. When I returned to complain they tried to charge me to fix the problem.

I’ve been to this location a few times and had no issues. I went last Wednesday to get some extensions and had a bad experience. To start my appt was at 5 and then I got a message that day saying they had to move it to 5:30. Got there a few min early and the lash tech did not actually start working on me until 6. All of the ladies up front were loud, and goofing around making jokes. The lash tech asked what style I wanted and I asked for volume, but never asked me shape or size. She told me it would be $165, when I went up to the register after they tried to charge me $215. The lashes took about 3 hours and were nothing like I had expected. The lash tech was nice, but they didn’t turn out how I wanted and 3 hours to do it was too much. On top of that it hasn’t even been a week of having them and they’ve all pretty much fallen out. They started to come out the next day. I won’t recommend or return here.
