The moment you set foot in one of our Amazing Lash Studio in McKinney, Texas, you know you are in the right place. Our contemporary studio designs welcome you with a bright, comfortable lobby where you will complete some initial documentation to help your stylist customize your style. You will be greeted by your licensed lash stylist and escorted to your private suite. That’s right, a private suite so you can relax and unwind while our stylists do their magic. Your stylist will review your documentation and discuss the look you are seeking. Together you will review the proprietary lash styles and determine the length and thickness of your lashes. Next, you get comfortable on our cushioned massage tables and the stylist begins their magic.

WORST WORST WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. They continued to charge me after an employee had told me that my subscription was canceled. I’m down $1000 and there’s “nothing they can do.” Absolute worst lashes i’ve ever had. They fell out quick, irritated my eyes and simply looked awful. I would give zero stars if I could.

I just want to say that my wife got her lashes done here and they look absolutely amazing. She’s been getting them done by the lash lounge for two years and they look awful every time she comes home. She’s been getting and paying for mega volume there and they fall out quick. So she went to Amazing Lash and Alicia did her lashes and my wife came home with the perfect lashes and she even looks more beautiful. The whole staff treated my wife like royalty!

I went to that location for a full classic set, and in just about less then a week my lashes was already falling out and was at 80% empty. So I went back for a refill in less then 2weeks and they charged me full price, and the person that did my lashes the second time informed me that my lashes wasn’t completely full from the first set, and she did not have the time to complete my lashes, a sharp instrument landed on my head as she answer her phone and ramble about the new apartment that she was about to sign a lease for. I was in disbelief of the level of service that I experience there and will no longer be going to that particular location, because I wasn’t happy with that type of service at all!!

Positive: QualityErika did an amazing job on a full volume. I have very fine lashes and the results were dramatic. She has a light touch and is faster than most which is a huge plus. Highly recommend. I left out a star for the of clarity over pricing. 5⭐️ for Erika and 3⭐️ for salon’s transparency. The girls are very nice but I am not happy with the results of my service. Being a first time client is a bit scary because you just never know the skill level of the stylist but I decided to just go with the first available appointment. I went in two days ago (1 Dec) and ended up selecting the sexy style in classic volume. I wasn’t completely thrilled when I left but I decided to make another appt with a different stylist hoping for better results on my next visit. Today is Dec 3rd and my lashes are sparse, falling out and twisted in different directions. They look like I need a refill already! Completely unsatisfied and needless to say, I will be canceling my future appointment. This was really a bad first impression!
