I had booked online. My lash artist called in for the day I was scheduled. Luckily they were able to still get me in but not at my scheduled time which was a huge inconvenience but also I feel like a blessing. I wish I knew the name of the lady who did my lashes. I did classic and went for the longer look. Can’t remember there names. My lashes look amazing!! I have had so many compliments and people ask where I had my lashes done. Overall she did amazing. She was the only lash artist. She had to get ready for the next client. I wanted to look at some retail stuff and ask about. Which I didn’t get the opportunity to do.

I had an appointment made based on an agreement that was had with this Fairview Location to get my eyelash extensions refilled because the last time I was booked they acknowledged that old glue was used and that is why the extensions came off so early on in the process and they didn’t last two weeks. When I came for my appointment I was surprised by a full price of a full set and up charge of the hybrid and the front staff was being rude and said that there was no note that indicated that agreement. I did not want any issues so I just paid the amount that they believed I needed to pay which was the price of a full set rather than a refill which I was initially told by the manager and on top of that I had to pay the up charge of the hybrid add on. I’m extremely disappointed because I used to be a customer of amazing lash studio a couple years ago and I stopped going for this type of customer service. I began coming back to the newer location and my first couple experiences were not that bad except for the usage of old glue and to see that this type of customer service is still there is really sad. The technician that did my eyelashes did a good job but she also took a tone with me when I was checking out saying that she was there when her manager told me supposedly that I was to pay for the full set when the initial agreement was to pay just for a refill and up charge for hybrid . I chose to cancel my membership and I will not be going back there again because I do feel cheated and robbed and it’s just really sad.

First off I just want to say that the Manager Jennifer was awsome and so helpful! She was very friendly and patient & walked us through every option to help us decide exactly which services my daughter needed, as it was also my daughter’s first time to ever have her lashes done & I certainly didn’t know the first thing about lashes or eyebrows thanks Jenifer! Laura the lash tech did such an amazing job on her lashes and eyebrows. My daughter was extremely happy to say the least and said that she received so many compliments on her lashes and eyebrows that she can’t wait to go back and get them done again! Amazing Lash is every bit of Amazing and a 5 ⭐️ experience for sure!! I was very impressed with the professionalism and class that we experienced at Amazing Lash in Fairview! Oh and btw purchase the membership it’s totally worth it you’ll thank me later!

I couldn’t recommend Zulma enough!!! She’s so sweet and does such an amazing job. Sometimes at 2 weeks I don’t even need a fill yet which has been unheard of for me in the last three years I’ve been getting extensions! Book her & do it early because she’s in high demand!

I used to get my lash extensions at Amazing lash and it was great. but i went in on saturday and got a lash lift and tint and it was awful. before i even left they were falling and they didn’t looked tinted. the next morning they had looked like nothing was done to them. everything and fallen and i could barley see the tint. i didn’t put water or anything on them for 48 hours like i was told to do. I went in today (tuesday) and told them what had happened and they said the best they could do was do it again with no charge. I’d rather just have a refund honestly. I just wanted to warn everyone before you go and spend $100 on something that doesn’t even turn out right when you can buy a $15 kit off amazon that works better.
