The moment you set foot in one of our Amazing Lash Studio in Grand Prairie, Texas, you know you are in the right place. Our contemporary studio designs welcome you with a bright, comfortable lobby where you will complete some initial documentation to help your stylist customize your style. You will be greeted by your licensed lash stylist and escorted to your private suite. That’s right, a private suite so you can relax and unwind while our stylists do their magic. Your stylist will review your documentation and discuss the look you are seeking. Together you will review the proprietary lash styles and determine the length and thickness of your lashes.

DO NOT waste your money! I allowed my daughter to sign up for a membership. They took 4 payments from my account totaling $300. I canceled the membership in 2021. When I called earlier today, the young lady that answered my call told me she could see the credits and that my daughter could use 2 of them to cover her service. We visited their Grand Prairie Texas location, they initially took the appointment then called me back a few minutes later telling me her credit expired and they are refusing to honor the “credits” that they can see that she hasn’t had the opportunity to use. Mind you when I signed up for the service, they told me she could use it in Michigan and that the credits would not expire, there was 1 studio there and it was too far for a college student to travel to, the one store that was close was closed. Now she is finally home and the credits are expired. They claim they sent me an email, for all I know the email sent to spam as I didn’t receive anything in response to the email I sent them. Lastly, their General Manager continued to call the $300 I paid “credit”. Credits expire, cash does not! I paid you all and got nothing but a random email address when I asked for your executive office. I will be going to the news to let them know how I was treated today. I will never recommend you to anyone and will tell everyone I know of this experience. To the owner that just responded, there was no confusion, you took my money and did not give us any service. Cash does not expire, only your so called credits do! Have some integrity! You are taking money from MY account. In the email to my daughter that your staff provided, I noticed there was no response… so how do you know your reply was received? You don’t… you just stuck a date on it and claimed you told us. I spoke with your staff… they didn’t say a word. I tried to work it out with your GM. So since I can’t I will go to the news so that everyone with know your policy and not be mislead going forward. Lastly, you spelled my name incorrectly, at the very least you all could get that right.

This is my second time coming here and although the staff is super friendly and helpful I feel as though I have been stuck with 2 beginner techs , went in the first time and the tech was super nice but the next morning my brand new set started falling out so I came in and they touched it up for free( besides tip) I went in Wednesday for a fill and in 2 days my lashes have been falling out so much, I already need a fill . This is super frustrating as to this place isn’t cheap and I feel like I’m waisting my money. I really wanted to like this place.

I booked through app for one price for fill. They told me at checkout another, higher price. Girl refused to honor app price so had her call the manager. Manager said app is old and price is higher price. Girl then hung up and told me I had to pay higher price. I told her call Manager again because not my fault app is old. Girl called again, after much discussion, and finally manager said honor app price. THEN THEY DIDNT WANT TO HONOR DISCOUNT COUPON I GOT OFF THE APP. Girl had to call Manager again who still didn’t want to honor. I had to get a little assertive and finally manager said accept the coupon. I tipped on the full price as my lash tech, Kiambree, is AMAZING!!

The 1 star is for customer service! I can’t rate the work due to nobody being in the lobby for over 25 mins. I got there with 40 minutes till closing and waited for 25 minutes in that lobby just saying “Hello”.. the worst part is I kept calling and I heard an employee or employees just forward my calls in the back room. I did call about 5-6 times while I was in the lobby and every time It rang 2-3 times then forward. I get not wanting to work with like 10 minutes to go or something but I literally got there with 40 minutes to spare. I wish I could give 0 stars, just so disappointed that I wasted my time and gas money just to be ignored and never attended to. I sure hope management takes appropriate action immediately. And I sure do pray that this only happened to me and no one else!
