The moment you set foot in one of our Amazing Lash Studio in Flower Mound, Texas, you know you are in the right place. Our contemporary studio designs welcome you with a bright, comfortable lobby where you will complete some initial documentation to help your stylist customize your style. You will be greeted by your licensed lash stylist and escorted to your private suite. That’s right, a private suite so you can relax and unwind while our stylists do their magic. Your stylist will review your documentation and discuss the look you are seeking. Together you will review the proprietary lash styles and determine the length and thickness of your lashes.

This place is horrible. They kept on charging my credit card after I cancelled in person, by phone and by email. They now claim that the email I was given by their employees was wrong. Again blaming me for their mistake. Over $360 in unauthorized charges. I had to block them from ever charging through my credit card company. And had to dispute charges with my credit card company because they do not EVER CONFIRM your cancellation. Complete rip off! Do not use this place. I would give zero stars if able!

Addison is my AMAZING lash stylist, but she’s way more than just a stylist. She’s kind and funny, shows she cares about you as a person and not just a client. Great care. I have had nothing but an incredible experience at the Flower Mound location. Tristan (if I remember correctly – I apologize if not) is a great manager and makes herself present to the clients. I really enjoy this place! I have been twice so far. The ladies are so friendly and kind, and very intentional to get to know you! I think during my first time the lady May have taken notes about things I mentioned, because the next time, I had another lady and she asked if I had had my wedding yet! So somehow she knew! Beware! None of the staff at this location have received proper training enough to be able to explain or execute the “membership” options accurately. I was charged over $280 within two weeks for a 30 minute touchup and a 60 minute full set. The actual stylists are fantastic but the management is juvenile and the front desk staff are clueless. I would absolutely go elsewhere.
