The last few visits they were always out of either out of the length I normally had or out of the 6D volumes that I had, either way they were not having the necessary products to do what I usually paid for. My lashes would end up being varying lengths and very thin due to this and just looked poorly done as a result. For this reason, I was no longer satisfied with the facility and services. I called in to cancel my membership and spoke with Candace. I was asked for my reasoning and explained the above to her, she blamed that they are having issues with production which is out of their hands so are limited for products, she then indicated that it would be handled and hung up on me without receiving any further information to ensure she had the proper account to cancel. I received no confirmation of the cancellation. I am very reasonable and understand production issues surrounding COVID, regardless that is my reasoning for cancellation. I feel that it was unprofessional and rude to hang up as she did without completing my request or a simple good bye or have a nice day to indicate that she was hanging up.
