The moment you set foot in one of our Amazing Lash Studio in Naperville, IL, you know you are in the right place. Our contemporary studio designs welcome you with a bright, comfortable lobby where you will complete some initial documentation to help your stylist customize your style. You will be greeted by your licensed lash stylist and escorted to your private suite. That’s right, a private suite so you can relax and unwind while our stylists do their magic. Your stylist will review your documentation and discuss the look you are seeking. Together you will review the proprietary lash styles and determine the length and thickness of your lashes. Next, you get comfortable on our cushioned massage tables and the stylist begins their magic.

Lashes are great. Technician knew what they were doing. Services were good. My problem is the pricing. I was quoted $55 for a fill (My 2 week retention held pretty well) and when I went to pay I was quoted out at about $160? Honestly I didn’t have the time to dispute it, I was going to be late to my next appointment. Thanks but no thanks. Being told 1 thing laying down vs being told another thing when paying is not fair to the customer. The receptionist behind the desk said the technician decided to do a full set, when I was told by 2 people it would only be a fill. I’ve been getting my lashes done for 3 years now. My retention has always been pretty good. A full set was not necessary. I think I’ll be looking elsewhere for future appointments.

The studio itself was nice and clean, it was easy to get a last minute appointment after a mix up at the lash studio I originally intended to go to. My lash tech was nice and seemed informed on what I wanted. At the end of my appointment when we were all done both my eyes were glued shut. The left one completely and the right one partially. She proceeded to break lashes in order to open my eyes and then did nothing to replace those lashes I just spent an hour getting applied. The “hybrid” set I payed for it spotty and chunky it does not blend at all, literally looks like classic lashes until my mid lash line then volume at the end. I lost lashes very quickly and of course the left eye that was glued shut is losing lashes 2x faster than the right. So now after a little over a week my eyes are completely uneven and I’m shedding almost all my lashes while I was under the impression they lasted at least 2 weeks. I won’t be returning here and hopefully can find myself a lash tech that can do a much better job.

I am highly dissatisfied with the results my lashes. I spent over $200 to have my lashes removed and redone. I do understand that my lashes may have been damaged, but it would rather the lash tech to just tell me after removal that they were to weak to add extensions. That did not happen and I walked out with very thin lashes and gaps in the extensions. Big gaps!!!! Plus the ones that I left with are falling out quickly. I just wish I would have been informed before spending $200+ dollars for what I now have to have removed. That’s to much money now gone down the drain!!!!
