The moment you set foot in one of our Amazing Lash Studio in Lombard, IL, you know you are in the right place. Our contemporary studio designs welcome you with a bright, comfortable lobby where you will complete some initial documentation to help your stylist customize your style. You will be greeted by your licensed lash stylist and escorted to your private suite. That’s right, a private suite so you can relax and unwind while our stylists do their magic. Your stylist will review your documentation and discuss the look you are seeking. Together you will review the proprietary lash styles and determine the length and thickness of your lashes. Next, you get comfortable on our cushioned massage tables and the stylist begins their magic.

I paid 145$. the picture speak for themselves. they were nice, but not nice enough to refund me the full amount for wasting my time. came here to get my lashes done for vacation and was disappointed to say the least. I also got up charged 65$ for “volume and hybrid” . but where is the volume ?? Went home and had to do them myself. for reference I asked for their “sexy lashes” / cat eye and got 3 eyelashes per eye they are basically all off now i got them 3 days ago.

I had been going to amazing lash studio in Lombard for three years, never had issue until recently. I canceled my membership because they messed up my eyelash extensions really bad to the point where a master stylist couldn’t fix them so they took them off. I decided to get a lash lift and tint. I couldn’t find any other place for appointments so I decided to go back. I thought since it was a different service maybe they would come out good. Worst mistake of my life. I payed 100 and my eyelashes look worse then they did when I got there. Some of my real eyelashes are coming out as well. They still took the 100 dollar payment from my card and locked the doors on me when I tried going back to speak to them. I will never go back there. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!

I’ve been going here for about 1yr and service is always great. I love my original tech Renee and my new one Arinna.i normally go to Renee but, this time I had a different Arianna, and baby she got my brows and lashes together! This is the first time my lashes came off sooner than they should have! The 1st time my lashes came off within 3days. I’ve reached out to them and informed them of this and they were more then apologetics for this and are willing to fix my lashes! I appreciate these ladies!!

I gave them two stars for costumer service they’re very nice, but I’m sad to say that the lashes doesn’t last long, I did my lashes on Monday and I had a program to attend on Saturday, there was just few lashes left. For $125, it should at least last for two weeks but it didn’t even last the one week. I should’ve just gone to Walmart, it will work for some people but too bad it didn’t work for me.

Teana was nice and professional however she lacks experience. She only applied lashes to the middle of the eyelid and stated she did not apply to the outer portion because they are baby lashes. Isn’t that the intent when getting extensions, to make them longer??? Horrible work. Eyelash extensions

But after a few months I would get same day calls needing to reschedule because a technician was sick or unexpectedly unavailable. I once called asking to reschedule due to an emergency at work and they told me I would have to pay $49 for the same day reschedule, not once did they offer me a credit or discount the times that they called me to reschedule. Then I received a call one day telling me that the price for my service was going up. I asked if it was possible to pay the previous amount since my appointment was made prior to the price increase and they said no. Soon after I noticed that my lashes which would normally last 2.5 to 3 weeks were only lasting a week. So I would have to go in more frequently for fills and pay on top of my membership fee which would be over $200 a month for fills. I even asked for a lash spoolie once (which most places give you for free) and they told me no and that I could purchase one for $20. To add insult to injury, I was told that the technician that I had been going to was recently promoted so if I wanted to continue seeing her it would be an extra $20. This is THE most scam lash business I have ever encountered. They literally nickel and dime you for everything. Customer service is horrible and their prices are obscene. There are places with more skilled lash technicians with better customer service who are not only concerned about money that you can go to.
