The moment you set foot in one of our Amazing Lash Studio in Geneva, IL, you know you are in the right place. Our contemporary studio designs welcome you with a bright, comfortable lobby where you will complete some initial documentation to help your stylist customize your style. You will be greeted by your licensed lash stylist and escorted to your private suite. That’s right, a private suite so you can relax and unwind while our stylists do their magic. Your stylist will review your documentation and discuss the look you are seeking. Together you will review the proprietary lash styles and determine the length and thickness of your lashes. Next, you get comfortable on our cushioned massage tables and the stylist begins their magic.

edited after the slightly condescending owners response lol: I PAID to add volumes the second time, so it was a paid service. I do remember twitching during the second time once but didn’t fully fall asleep… To say I was “pushing” the stylists away is absurd. My eyes aren’t twitchy nor was my body, which is coming from someone who takes anxiety medication to prevent things like that! Regarding the length, I asked the techs whether the lengths 13 were okay with my lashes and was NOT informed the length was an issue. No one told the stylist to add 15mm+ classics as “spikes” when they’re not even supposed to be used for that purpose. As I used to work & go to Amazing Lash Studio, I definitely know the ropes around extensions 🙂 Nice try though!!

I didn’t want to judge a book by its cover but the girl I had didn’t have lashes on. I’m sure she had her reasons but I would think if you work at a lash place, it’s ideal to have lashes on. She didn’t explain as much as I feel like she should have during the procedure. She also left for a while in the middle of it and all she said was she will be back. I kind of wish she told me where she was going but it felt like a long time since I couldn’t open my eyes yet. It felt like a couple lash ripped off when she was taking off the tape, which hurt. She said in the beginning she will do her best to fit what I had in mind and if I wanted to change or add anything at the end we can. As soon as I could open my eyes, exactly 2 hours had already gone by. I asked for classics and didn’t think you could barely see them, but since exactly 2 hours had gone by I assumed she could not have done or added volume if I asked. I wanted to stick to the first-time customer special which was only classics, but like I said if I had known there would hardly be a difference I would have paid the extra for volume. If I had asked for volume would it have taken 4 hours then? They look decent, but they also look like they already need a fill. Some lashes are crooked. One of my pet peeves with getting lash extensions is the big gap in the inner corners. It looks like she ran out of lashes for one of the eyes or something. Anyway, I’ve only had my lashes done a couple of times due to disappointment. This is my third time and definitely will be my last for a while. This was also the first time that I see glue on my eyelids after getting them “professionally” done. I guess I expected way too much out of such a big lash franchise. You are better off getting it done with someone doing it as a side hustle. Like from their instagram. They have waaay better prices and they last just as long anyway.

Highly recommend Donna at this location! She does an amazing job, is super personable and professional and is quick and efficient. She’s a master lash tech, so you do have to pay extra to book with her, but her services are SO worth it. I’ve recommended many friends and colleagues to Donna. I’ve used two of their products and I like them. I’ve used the lash growth serum to encourage lash growth, works just like grande lash but at a lower price but I highly recommend the lash retention product. Keeps lashes from shedding and truly does encourage lash retention.

Very disappointed in the team at this location. I just got a membership because I love the way my lashes look. However, they rescheduled my appointment an hour before it was suppose to start due to staffing issues. Super upsetting as my lashes were in need of a fill and I was about to head over to my appointment when I got the message. Whoever I spoke to on the phone was very kind and allowed me to cancel my membership with full refund. She sounded very apologetic and seemed a little stressed that she had to give multiple people this message.

i LOVE this location. i live in montgomery but choose to come to the Geneva studio because i just love the front desk ladies and my stylist. whenever i walk in they greet me by name and im already checked in and ready. i’ve had the membership for about a year now and have had only one issue that they took care of after i expressed the concern, my lashes wouldn’t stay ( honestly it was probably my fault lol ) but i talked to the girls about it and they changed the curl shape and my lashes stay beautifully now. i love seeing my stylist koralyn, we have the best conversations during my appointment and the time flies. she always makes sure my lashes look great.

I’ve only been happy about my lashes when a certain person did them but this time i had gotten someone they recommended since she wasn’t available and I was going on a trip so I needed it done this week. I paid the extra 65$ for the volume hybrid lashes but when I got the classic lashes those look more full than what I have received. I’ve only been happy about my lashes when a certain person did them but this time i had gotten someone they recommended since she wasn’t available and I was going on a trip so I needed it done this week. I paid the extra 65$ for the volume hybrid lashes but when I got the classic lashes those look more full than what I have received.
