The moment you set foot in one of our Amazing Lash Studio in Edina, MN, you know you are in the right place. Our contemporary studio designs welcome you with a bright, comfortable lobby where you will complete some initial documentation to help your stylist customize your style. You will be greeted by your licensed lash stylist and escorted to your private suite. That’s right, a private suite so you can relax and unwind while our stylists do their magic. Your stylist will review your documentation and discuss the look you are seeking. Together you will review the proprietary lash styles and determine the length and thickness of your lashes. Next, you get comfortable on our cushioned massage tables and the stylist begins their magic.

I’ve been getting my lashes done for months now and they’re the best! After seeing different stylists and trying different lengths and styles, I’ve found something that’s perfect for me. I have also had very good retention and am able to last weeks before getting a fill. The staff are always very welcoming and make sure I’m satisfied before I leave. Amy and Becca are two great stylists I recommend. I have been to a lot of locations but this and Woodbury are my favorite!

I have never written a review before but I felt like I had to for this experience. I have never been treated this careless before at a place providing service. Initially I loved my experience at Amazing Lash in Edina (I even drove 30 minutes to go here). Until I started going to different stylists (as my regular one was always booked) & developed an eye infection. I was told I had to remove my lashes due to the infection & was fine with this as I assumed it was not the studio’s fault I developed the infection… When the lash stylist told me I needed to get my lashes removed, she was completely rude, showed no empathy, and gave no advice on how to go about the situation.

This place is the worst customer experience I have ever had anywhere. Not only did they change 3 appointments the night before they were happening (which were confirmed 2x and to start my sisters wedding week) My sister was not satisfied with her lashes and when we called back to try and get them fixed, they said they weren’t available and didn’t have openings for 3 days prior to her wedding. They never called back to follow up and after us calling back many times with “we don’t have anything for you” she ended up going to the Chanhassen location which were amazing and she absolutely loved! Because they were so horrified at her experience in Edina, they got her in right away and fixed it for her wedding which Edina did not care about at all.

Came to the Edina location prior to my daughter’s wedding for a brow tint and wax. If that were my only experience I would give it a 5 plus. When I found out I was a final candidate for a new job that requires an out of town interview I made my second appointment for the same service, day before the interview. I showed up only to be told I wasn’t booked and the appointment must have been ‘lost.’ Nobody was available to do it and while they were more than willing to write down phone numbers, they did not try to find an alternative appointment for me at one of their other studios. Lame excuses about ‘problems with the system.’ Inexcusable and unprofessional. I will NOT be going back.

It is shockingly difficult to even get an appointment. I have called for over a week at the Edina store. There’s no answer, Chanhassen, no answer. I am sort of shocked that this place is in business. The staff turns like no tomorrow, lack of customer service when you have a problem.
