The moment you set foot in one of our Amazing Lash Studio in Chanhassen, MN, you know you are in the right place. Our contemporary studio designs welcome you with a bright, comfortable lobby where you will complete some initial documentation to help your stylist customize your style. You will be greeted by your licensed lash stylist and escorted to your private suite. That’s right, a private suite so you can relax and unwind while our stylists do their magic. Your stylist will review your documentation and discuss the look you are seeking. Together you will review the proprietary lash styles and determine the length and thickness of your lashes. Next, you get comfortable on our cushioned massage tables and the stylist begins their magic.

This was my first time getting lash extensions and Jenna was very thorough in helping me to select my lashes and educated me about how to take care of them. first time i came about a month ago, their website had a special saying your first set can be $69.99, i booked an appointment and the price was confirmed over the phone, after said appointment i was charged well over $100. not only that, but a day later half the lashes had already fallen out. they offered a free appointment to fix them, i got to the appointment and the stylist was almost 40 minutes late. they turned out pretty good. i waited just over 4 weeks to get a fill which i know is a bit long. and made an appointment for today. i had prices confirmed over the phone. the stylist was 20 minutes late and told me a different price that i was not willing to pay. great experience!

The lady was nice, however it felt a little rushed compared to the other times i’ve gotten my lashes done. I am very gentle with my eyes and the next day I had huge missing spots on both sides. This has never happened to me before and I appreciate the service and I’m not mad I’m just frustrated I spent so much money for them to look so bald the following day.

I use to love going to that location but the last few times its been a joke. I got a full set put on 6/20 and not even a week later I had to go back in because I had 20% of my lashes left. They were falling out with 3-4 lashes stuck together. I called up told them what happened sent in a photo, Told them I don’t even want to comb them and was told yeah don’t comb them we will get you in to fix it. Come in 6/27 and got 30 minutes and my eyes are not even the same. One is more fuller than the other. Not to mention charge for them. the customer service needs to really be looked at. People are spending their money on theses services and just getting trash. Half the time the front desk is social hour with 4 girls behind the counter just chilling eating their dinner. I walked in one time and the one girl was on the back counter sitting and asked for my name and everything. How about be professional. get up and not be just chilling in the back yelling what’s your name? It makes the company look really trashy. All the good stylists have left and clearly its for a reason. I will not be continuing with my membership. Every time I call in they tell me I don’t have one. Well maybe you should look the customer up before you tell them something. Common sense when working customer service. Amazing at the start of it but then just went down hill. Treat your clients right you will have them come back more. And please don’t call me saying we are sorry you feel this way. Just make the corrections you have at the salon and put the clients first. People don’t like to just piss away their money for fun. Get some respectful girls for up front. Its not happy hour.

Last summer when I got my eyelashes done, they lasted about three weeks. I just got my lashes done for prom this past week and five days later they are almost entirely off. I haven’t had a good experience with any of the lash technicians, the two that I have had were both rude. I’m sure most of the staff are lovely but my experience has not been positive. I’m not going to pay $160 for my eyelashes to fall off in less than a week. I will probably go again next year for prom, only because they were professional and very cleanly. Otherwise the experience was not great.
