The moment you set foot in one of our Amazing Lash Studio in Grand Rapids, MIchigan, you know you are in the right place. Our contemporary studio designs welcome you with a bright, comfortable lobby where you will complete some initial documentation to help your stylist customize your style. You will be greeted by your licensed lash stylist and escorted to your private suite. That’s right, a private suite so you can relax and unwind while our stylists do their magic. Your stylist will review your documentation and discuss the look you are seeking. Together you will review the proprietary lash styles and determine the length and thickness of your lashes.

This is long, but thorough. I booked a full set with Hope, a few days before my wedding, in September. I chose this place because there was an unbelievable promo for a $85 full set for your first time. My wedding budget was so strict that I was even doing my own make up and lashes were my one splurge. This promo was almost half the average local price and seemed too good to be true. One of my bridesmaids was a was a lash artist in GR, before moving away, she advised me against going to a studio for price alone, and referred me to some of her former colleagues, but their prices were so far out of my budget. I had also read some reviews that had me questioning the longevity and quality of the lashes, so I called and talked to the manager, and she was so reassuring and committed to a follow up appointment in a few days, right before my wedding to do last minute fills, if I were to have any issues.

I will never go to back to this studio, ever! I typically have Zoe or Christine do my lashes. However, they both left and I was stuck with Hope. She is just awful with people and refused to fill my lashes! I asked her to do what the other lash stylist did and she straight up refused! I cancelled my membership and will NEVER step foot in that horrendous place again! They sell you the membership and refuse to honor your requests! They will charge you extra for services that are not provided and your lashes may last a week, if that! This place is a rip off for sure and Hope needs to acquire better people skills if she continues to work with the public.

I’ve bee coming to this studio since Feb-March 2022. I have had a service with almost everyone, too. Lash sets and a lash lift/tint once. If you get the opportunity, book with Hope. She is amazing with what she does and super easy going. She gives you information on how to maintain your lashes and will answer whatever question you may have. I have great retention even though I’m an oily face girl. Check ‘em out!

I received service July 16th for a conference in Orlando. I woke up Monday and there was a lash on my face. I had a flight to take so one lash in 2 days ok don’t have time.But everyday a lash falling no. I called when I got back to Michigan they said it’s been almost a week I have to pay.. As a new customer I should have been treated better but they wanted me to pay $59 for a full set which is a discount. But I paid $150 10 days ago the lashes were falling off everyday. I went to business meetings looking crazy. It is a ripoff. I had extensions last 3 or 4 weeks before they start to fall off. They never told me about the members discount and services.never again. And they one person had the nerve to say oh in Orlando these lashes don’t last. Never! I’m going back to my original person who was in Mexico when I needed her. Plus I had a Ombre tint on brow Horrible.

I’m going to have a baby in about a month and decided to pamper myself a bit by getting my lashes done for the first time. I scheduled online with Brittany, but for whatever reason ended up seeing Kiya. I’m so glad I did. She was professional, knowledgeable, and gentle. We had great conversation and I was even able to take a little “lash nap” while she worked. I’m thrilled with the way my lashes turned out. It’ll be great to look in the mirror and not look as sleep deprived as I know I’m going to feel once our baby arrives! 🙂
