The moment you set foot in one of our Amazing Lash Studio in Indianapolis, IN, you know you are in the right place. Our contemporary studio designs welcome you with a bright, comfortable lobby where you will complete some initial documentation to help your stylist customize your style. You will be greeted by your licensed lash stylist and escorted to your private suite. That’s right, a private suite so you can relax and unwind while our stylists do their magic. Your stylist will review your documentation and discuss the look you are seeking. Together you will review the proprietary lash styles and determine the length and thickness of your lashes. Next, you get comfortable on our cushioned massage tables and the stylist begins their magic.

Never again!!! I purchased my package on Groupons and scheduled my initial appointment. Two days prior to my appointment, which was scheduled in preparation for my dads funeral, I got a text message, YES a text, saying my appointment has been cancelled and to call for rescheduling. When I immediatly called devastated due to the last minute cancellation I was offered nothing for the opportunity to reschdule. I asked for a return call from a manager. The manager was great, she bumped me up to a higher ranking stylist and offered 20% discount on any additions. Upon my first session, there was no consultation, no maintenance discussion or product recommendations. My lash tech did my lashes and sent me on my way. Because I didn’t know what to select, my lashes were not as full as I would’ve liked but beautiful. Now, on my fill in appointment the host at the desk Kema, who I found out later was the fill in manager was not very hospitable. No smile, no greeting just are you C#### and then go wash your lashes. I explained this is my first fill in can you elaborate on wash? Rudly she began using terms and I asked for clarification. Again, my lash tech was wonderful, Aliyah! But during my session that rude manager came in and hurried my tech along. After I was done I was told I should be charged more and it took so long because of the improper care of the lashes and because I didn’t use maintenance products. Well, how was I supposed to know!!!! Just rude, overall bad experience except for the tech herself, she was great! I would never recommend and will spread the word to avoid this establishment.

I canceled my membership in November and was still charged. The manager, Dee, refunded the charge but insisted the error was on my end. I checked my account this morning and was charged again! I called the studio upset about the error and was told only Dee could reverse the charge but they weren’t sure when she would be in. Considering the overpriced services, cheap glue and bad business practices, I don’t recommend Amazing Lash Studio.

I had an appt scheduled for 2 pm Wednesday. Tuesday night I had to go to the emergency room for a pancreatitis attack and am now admitted in the hospital. They still were adamant about charging me $50. I asked if I could at least use that amount toward getting lashes done when I’m able. Flat no was the answer. This was going to be my first appt with them. Ridiculous

I had an amazing experience getting my lashes done here. I have been to the one in Irvine, CA and got excited when I found out Indy just opened up one here. The interior and layout is beautiful and looks exactly and even better than the one in CA. My lash stylist was sweet and considerate of what style I was looking for. I will definitely be returning this month for my refill! The prices are reasonable. The staff was very friendly and attentive while I was there. Worth the drive from Bloomington!
