The moment you set foot in one of our Amazing Lash Studio in Madison, AL, you know you are in the right place. Our contemporary studio designs welcome you with a bright, comfortable lobby where you will complete some initial documentation to help your stylist customize your style. You will be greeted by your licensed lash stylist and escorted to your private suite. That’s right, a private suite so you can relax and unwind while our stylists do their magic. Your stylist will review your documentation and discuss the look you are seeking. Together you will review the proprietary lash styles and determine the length and thickness of your lashes. Next, you get comfortable on our cushioned massage tables and the stylist begins their magic.

I have been a member for over two years I left and went out of town and I came back so it may be three years. My experience with the young lady that does my eyelashes she’s phenomenal. The accounting portion is absolutely ridiculous I have been charged twice in a month I have been charged way more than I should’ve been and it has caused my account to go into the negative no one is paying those extra fees that I get because the young lady at the counter made a mistake and it didn’t happen once it’s happened several times to the point the last time it happened I canceled my membership. I love my lashes but it’s not worth the accounting problems that I have received and you would think that me being a long-standing customer and member that the manager would’ve been at least kind she was very nasty and she showed me how much my membership mean to Amazing Lash.

I was very pleased with my service until I woke the next morning to patchy spots on my lashes and lashes all over my face. I wasn’t sure if that was to be expected but I knew I only had 3 days to get an appointment so I asked my mother to call because I had to be at the hospital at 6am then in school til 9pm and wouldn’t have a chance. She called, explained my concern and when asked I’d I could come in that day she said no that’s why I called, she won’t get a break. So the apt was made for the following day at 3. Being a single mother, it was a chore to get myself there and be free for it. When I get there she talked down to me and argued that my apt was for the following day. She asked me to come back the next day at 2 but my class wouldn’t be out til 3. I reluctantly agreed and sure enough I couldn’t get out. They didn’t call to say a word about the supposed first missed appointment but they were prompt to tell me that I would have to pay full price for MISSING the 3 day dead line. Despite the fact that I was prompt in expressing my concerns. Only 5 days out and they are non existent on my right eye! My pics end at day 4! They didn’t take responsibility for scheduling me wrong then talked down to me and expect me to pay them to do it again. I am making an appointment today elsewhere. I hope cheating me out of what I paid for was worth losing a repeat customer. Also, I recognize a couple of these reviewers as employees.

If you want full lashes ask for Kea! She did this in about an hour when I had very few lashes left on from last time. I’ve never had them this full before! I love the girls up front and my service with ALS has always been amazing. Get the membership for sure! Eyelash extensions

Critical: Professionalism, ValueWhile I absolutely loved my last extensions Libby did that is where the positive ends. I signed up for a membership and scheduled a refill appointment during my first visit. The lady told me that I would not be charged my membership until I came in for my refill 3 weeks later. I was charged the next day. I called upset and they refunded the membership charge and I told them to cancel my membership and all future appointments. Not only did they not cancel the future appointment, I got the appointment reminder and called them again to cancel my appointment and ensure my membership was canceled, but thru didn’t cancel my membership as I woke up this morning to a pending charge for my monthly membership. Not to mention both charges in the same month are TWICE what they originally told me they would be. When I called this morning about it she told me my membership wasn’t canceled and she couldn’t refund my charge because the studio manager would have to do it and she wasn’t there, then hung up on me!
