The moment you set foot in one of our Amazing Lash Studio in Oldsmar, FL, you know you are in the right place. Our contemporary studio designs welcome you with a bright, comfortable lobby where you will complete some initial documentation to help your stylist customize your style. You will be greeted by your licensed lash stylist and escorted to your private suite. That’s right, a private suite so you can relax and unwind while our stylists do their magic. Your stylist will review your documentation and discuss the look you are seeking. Together you will review the proprietary lash styles and determine the length and thickness of your lashes. Next, you get comfortable on our cushioned massage tables and the stylist begins their magic.

Very mixed review here …. My lash tech was super professional and pleasant, She has amazing reviews here, so I’m assuming my experience isn’t really a reflection of her work. My lash extensions started shedding within the first hour of application. The picture is the amount lost from blinking and a gentle brushing from a spoolie lash brush. Whether the adhesive was defective, or the extensions themselves had issues, this is not what I expect from a 190.00 service (before tip).

I had an appt to get my lashes done with Gabi when the power went out. She was amazing and powered through (with the help of TJ holding up a phone light). Luckily power came back on halfway through. I recently went thru cancer treatment which left my eyes lashes shirt and thin. Gaby did an amazing job bring mybeyes back to life. I love their lashes! They’re really soft and natural looking, even when you get them long. My lash artist was Eli, he was very sweet and knows how to make the lashes last a long time and feel comfortable. I’ve been to this location twice and both times I’ve had him and I was satisfied with the results. They also sell everything you need to maintain your lashes after the install which is really cool, i haven’t been to a place where they offer things like that

My wife was unable to this service because of an allergy to the glue. The location did not cancel the membership and we were getting bill to for 10 months. She never stepped foot in the location in those 10 months. The owner refused to refund the money. Completely rude and unprofessional. The owner would not even give the corporate number. I now have the corporate looking into the franchise. If you cancel your membership with this place make sure you are not still getting billed……

I’ve been to this location about 4-5 times and I really love it. I feel bad bouncing between stylists but I’ve tried a few Debbie was great but she transferred and Paris did an amazing job too (she’s a senior stylist & worth every penny but I’m between jobs right now). So I went with Hollie and Victoria who both do a great job. Especially Victoria I was shocked by how full they looked and she’s so funny she made me almost cry my new lashes but luckily I didn’t because they came out perfect!!!!

To be transparent, my lash stylist, TJ, is also my nephew. However, if you think I’m just going to write him a glowing review on that alone, think again. TJ was truly patient and explained what he was going to do to get the look I wanted, which I a hot mess about explaining. The lashes, a combo of classic and volume, looked so good and natural that even my BROTHER-IN-LAW mentioned how nice they looked; think you’ve gotten a hold of a REALLY awesome mascara. Lashes have held up pretty well too, only shedding within the parameters TJ explained would happen. Going to get them refilled Friday at my local location, as I am not local to Florida, so fingers crossed they turned out as well as when TJ did them.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueWas told it was 89.99 for first time set + 59.99 if I wanted anything other than classic so I asked for a mixture of hybrid/3D. Went to pay and she told me 179.99. Not what I was told but she wouldn’t change it. So with the Venmo tip I paid 215.99 and my entire left eye had just a few lashes within 5 days. I called and asked to have it fixed and was told it was because of shedding and I’d have to pay. I explained it’s definitely not shedding as I’m familiar with that (I used to have my lashes done in the Chicago area). This is one eye completely fine and one with well over half gone.
