The moment you set foot in one of our Amazing Lash Studio in Brandon, FL, you know you are in the right place. Our contemporary studio designs welcome you with a bright, comfortable lobby where you will complete some initial documentation to help your stylist customize your style. You will be greeted by your licensed lash stylist and escorted to your private suite. That’s right, a private suite so you can relax and unwind while our stylists do their magic. Your stylist will review your documentation and discuss the look you are seeking. Together you will review the proprietary lash styles and determine the length and thickness of your lashes. Next, you get comfortable on our cushioned massage tables and the stylist begins their magic.

I was so upset about this service, I had to wait to write this review so I may be more objective. I had to fly out of town the following day. So I went to the studio on 9/26 for lashes extension. I had great services in the past, but this was the weirdest thing that ever happened to me and yet my credit card was charged $149.99. I decided to have the classic with more focus on the outer upper eyelashes. The young lady appear to be nice but her work was like a 5 year old. I was aghast to see the finish look. When I claim how disappointed I was, she told me to go to the bathroom and clean up the messy black substance around my eye. I requested to have the lashes removed and she told me it wasn’t possible. I requested the manager, and Amanda diligently removed the horrific lash extensions. It took Amanda about 40 minutes to do so safely. Thank God I walked out with my own lashes intact. This was the reason for the 2 stars. I will never return to this place. I advice you to think twice about allowing someone to mess around so close to your eyes. Wow! I can’t say enough about this place so I’ll keep it short; make the appointment! They KNOW what they’re doing and if you’re just not sure about your look they’ll offer options and if you don’t like what you decided they’ll make it right. I’m SO impressed by the whole staff and manager. Extremely friendly and inviting (which really helped my nerves) and just so professional! Thank you so much for everything, I’m glad I gave this another shot and want AL to know that this was the experience everyone should have!

Customer service is so weird here. You can’t complain about anything or they’ll let you go. You can’t share your opinion and try to have the perfect styles. If you told them that you didn’t like your stylist or they didn’t do it right, they’ll terminate your membership without even contacting you or telling you anything. They won’t pick up your calls. Managers never return calls, and for no specified/realistic reason. They all are beginners they don’t really do well. There’s always something wrong with the style. Only master stylists are good. Other than that is a waste of money and time. A few times I didn’t get a good volume or they weren’t symmetrical. One eye is much less lashes than the other and it was too obvious. When I complained and asked to fix it, they didn’t accept my complain and just made it a big deal that I’m not satisfied and terminated my membership without communication. I was just so unlucky with all the stylists, except Ashanti.

I scheduled to get my eyelash extensions asked for a service for a natural look received extra long eyelashes which was not what I asked for due to them not have the short lashed in stock. The person who was working on my lash asked for assistance form her coworker to finish my lashes because she was not able to attach the lashes so to glue issues. Lashes fell out less than 12 hrs later. Asked to have the issue corrected was told that I would need to purchase a touch up for a services that was done that 12hrs ago.

I have never experienced such horrible and rude employees! I just moved here from Asheville and needed a fill. The girl was scared to work on my lashes from another location. This is in Brandon FLORIDA and she told me I needed to go back to Asheville!!!!! I have been a long time paying client to this company and I was told straight out they would not help me! I have 2 fills left that are paid for! What a rip off! I have never been so disrespected in my 55 years.

I had my first appointment about 3 weeks ago with Amaris and was skeptical to join the membership because I didn’t know if it would be worth it. I just went back and joined two days ago because even after 3 weeks I retained my lashes so nicely. Amaris did amazing, she’s sweet, she’s transparent and does a great job. 10/10 Eyelash extensions

1. My eyelashes tech was an sweet young lady. However the service that was render wasn’t to my liking. The services was misleading and No set expectations was provided. Misleading practices was provided for certain as well as I was under the impression my eyelashes were 89.99 (First time) member. My eyelashes tech and the front desk receptionist we’re there when i shown them what I wanted. Not for once did they mention hybrid was additional $90 up charge fee(deceptive practices) What behoove me was, when I first mention I wanted classic eyelashes they both agreed that I get hybrid. Mine you now this is my first time here!!!! My lashing were done June 29th it’s now July 5th. I tried contacting them july 4th however the location was closed due to the holiday.
