The moment you set foot in one of our Amazing Lash Studio in Delray Beach, FL, you know you are in the right place. Our contemporary studio designs welcome you with a bright, comfortable lobby where you will complete some initial documentation to help your stylist customize your style. You will be greeted by your licensed lash stylist and escorted to your private suite. That’s right, a private suite so you can relax and unwind while our stylists do their magic. Your stylist will review your documentation and discuss the look you are seeking. Together you will review the proprietary lash styles and determine the length and thickness of your lashes. Next, you get comfortable on our cushioned massage tables and the stylist begins their magic.

I made an appointment with a Master Stylist Courtney. I have been to this location before and I have to say I was extremely dissatisfied with her service. Once seated a woman came to me to follow her. I proceeded into a room and was asked to close the door. I then asked if she was Courtney. She said yes. ( great introduction on her part) I felt I should leave at that moment) she asked me what I wanted. I told her I was not sure. She then said you got classic so that’s what I’ll do. I told her what I was looking for and she didn’t say anything. Aggravated already I then said “ your the stylist, can you tell me my options?”

I am freaking in love with my new lashes! Beth did a fantastic job! This was my first time ever getting these done and I am hooked. She carefully explained everything she was doing during the application to keep me comfortable. Honestly, I was so relaxed I almost dozed off. The staff went over the after care cleaning and maintenance thoroughly and I am so happy I chose to come here after reading countless reviews. I will be back soon!

Arrived at 1pm, which is right after lunch. I did pay extra for a “master” applicator. She calls me back into the room, I explain, show pictures, show pictures from their website, explain what I don’t want etc.. no problem. The person never wiped or cleaned my lashes, as she was applying the lashes I thought let me see if I like these, so as she was applying them I did look at one eye she was working on ( however you only get a peek as your eyes are taped etc.) They looked ok not exactly the length I wanted but it’ll do. My one eye was watering the whole time, she never wiped it or tried to move the pads.i froze the whole time as you lay on a table with no cover or blanket. When she was finished my lashes looked like a strip was applied ( they looked ridiculous) I wanted a natural look and these looked like I stuck a strip on not even going to the end of my eye. I asked immediately if they could be removed, she walked me to the front and asked if maybe I liked anything about them, I said no. I wasn’t arguing payment just the look that I received. The girl working the desk told me I would have to pay for them to be removed as well as my lash service, fine. Until I saw a notice they had that says we will remove them for free if you are not satisfied.

Critical: Cleanliness, Value** I HAVE HAD 2 STYES IN MY EYES SINCE IVE HAD MY LASHES DONE HERE, ON TOP OF MY EXPERIENCE*** This is a well known lash studio in which I referred too. Unfortunately I was not given what I requested from my first visit. There are photos in the studio of examples of the style In which I showed them exactly what I wanted ( natural sexy ) I also specifically told my stylist I did not what them long and not to touch my eyebrows. As soon as she finished and I saw my lashes I was in disbelief at how she gave me exactly WHAT I SAID I DID NOT WAnt. My lashes looked like a Daddy Long Leg spider. I began crying and was told once I put on makeup I may like it better. I went to the front and was suggested to come back after being there already an hour and half for someone else to add more lashes?!!! Again in disbelief I needed them off!!! Not more. I came back to the salon as I wanted to try to give them an opportunity. The manager was nice and the only one with common sense and suggested to remove the lashes since they would not be able to be fixed. After removal I asked for a Refund or even partial since lashes were removed and was told NO REFUND SINCE SERVICES WERE RENDERED? However I could come back and be seen with an expert? Which by the way they up charge you to see a professional?? Anyhow since I couldn’t get my money back and was leaving town I gave them another chance. Initially I was ok with the result as it was much better than the first time and this Expert Stylist understood the style I wanted. Quality of lashes are on point! 4 days latter I had to come back to pay for a touch up which was $60. Immediately 2 days after my touch up my LEFT EYE FORMED A STYE. I’ve never had these before. 1 week later my right eye has a STYE. It is Tuesday! I went on Saturday to this salon! My lash artist was very very nice can’t really say anything bad her but I have no lashes left! Spent $100 for 3 day lashes that is horrible! & they didn’t even look that great I have never seen my lashes look so horrible! Will never use them again! Eyelash extensions

I responded to a special offer and received an email stating that I could either book online or call the Delray location to receive the promotion. I tried calling several times but no one picked up. I booked online and did not receive any other emails. When I went to my appointment, I was told that I should have received a second email, but I did not know that. They did not honor the special offer rate, which I felt they should have because I received and showed them the original email listing the Delray location. The receptionist said they were not participating in the special, again I didn’t know or I would have booked a different location. She was a bit rude. The technician was great though.

Overpriced. I tried Amazing lash studio because I was visiting from Tampa and needed a quick touch up. When asked what style I normally get, I explained that I usually get hybrid. My lash stylist did a good job, but a 30 minute fill was over $90. When I asked why it was so much, I was told it was extra for the hybrid lashes. The other lash salons I’ve been to have never charged $30+ for hybrids. A charge like that needs to be discussed ahead of time.

Horrible experience, my lashes looked really bad after I had a full set put on… I told the girl they looked awful and walked out crying . Not one person tried to fix the problem… they just charged me full price and asked me to leave. The Delray location has extremely poor customer service, the girls at the front desk always have an attitude. It’s really convenient to my house but ill probably never go there again because of my experience there.
