The moment you set foot in one of our Amazing Lash Studio in Aventura, FL, you know you are in the right place. Our contemporary studio designs welcome you with a bright, comfortable lobby where you will complete some initial documentation to help your stylist customize your style. You will be greeted by your licensed lash stylist and escorted to your private suite. That’s right, a private suite so you can relax and unwind while our stylists do their magic. Your stylist will review your documentation and discuss the look you are seeking. Together you will review the proprietary lash styles and determine the length and thickness of your lashes. Next, you get comfortable on our cushioned massage tables and the stylist begins their magic.

This place is run by the worst manager as well as the rudest. I booked for a full lash appointment although i had lashes on. The master stylist recommended that i did NOT need full lashes and only needed a refill. 2 days later my lashes started falling out while i was traveling on a business trip. i called the salon to let them know a few days later and did not get an answer. I called the following day which made it 6 days at that point as the lashes continued to fall out and i was left with patches on my eye lashes. when i finally reached someone – the manager called me back to say there was nothing she can do. not only was she not open to make a correction – she proceeded to ARGUE with me and question how long my trip was – i took so long to call – just things that a real manager who actually cared about customer service and a 5+ year member of Amazing Lash studios should not do. She clearly is not a professional and does not know how to deal with clients. Paola would be better off spending time in some management courses. do better. i will not be using this location again.

We recently moved here from LA and my wife was looking for a new place to do her lashes. We found this place on instagram and after doing our research we decided to give Amazing Lash a try. We were really taken back by not only the quality of work of the stylist (master) but of the knowledge and understanding of the receptionist (which so happens to be the manager of the place) was very helpful and worked with our busy schedule, being business owners our time is very limited. We were happy to see that a busy place like this was able to make accommodations for us. My wife is extremely happy with her lashes and will be recommending this place to others.

I ABSOLUTELY love this place!!!! The ladies there are very professional and considerate. I’ve always wanted to try lashes and I chose the best establishment to do so!! Chaz is amazing! I absolutely loved the way she did with my eyelashes, she took her time and listened to exactly what I wanted! I also love Paula she always so attentive and professional. If you have not been to this location I highly recommend going. I have the membership with them which I highly recommend if you do your eyelashes often.

Just got my lashes done for the first time. Thanks Maria for providing an awesome service and helping me to look awesome for my summer vacation! I wasn’t a fan of the push to begin a membership with them after I had only experienced the lashes for only 2 minutes. I doubt I will return but it was a cool thing to get done for a special occasion.
