Overpriced for the service and product received. I spent 2.5 hours getting lashes applied after I asked for volume lashes, I left with what looked like a more natural look and paid $244+tip. By the next day those were already falling off. I called the very next morning and advised of what was happening and was told to come in so that they could adjust them. I had an event happening that day so I told them I would have to come in the next day. I eventually made it in to have them fixed and the lash tech(Joya)did a wonderful job and gave me what I wanted and should have gotten the first time. It’s been 1 day and unfortunately these are already falling out as well. I haven’t wet them, put make up them, or did a full skincare routine on my face just to preserve the lashes and I’m still feeling a lash or two on my face every so often. Pretty lashes the second time around but definitely not worth the price! Their customer service was good, but the product itself isn’t really worth it. 1st pic and 2nd pic after adjustment.

Wonderful experience! My lashes are looking so beautiful thanks to Ruth. She is an excellent lash tech, I have very sensitive eyes and she took such good care of me! I will be maintaining my lashes with Ruth. The shop was clean and the front desk staff was very friendly as well. Top marks for this location! Eyelash extensions

This place is amazing. Besides being clean and staff being so friendly, skye did the best job on my lashes! We even finished a little before 2 hours and they looked amazing! The retention is also so good! I’m in day 4 and haven’t lost a single lash! Highly recommend!

This was my first time going to a lash place I was super excited I originally was going to have my friend do them for my birthday whom is an esthetician. But she had to work and didn’t have enough time. When I got there I was super excited it looked pretty inside. I went into to get hybrid lashes and brow lamination. The eye lashes were soon poorly and left patchy areas in my eyelashes more of classic than hybrid. While doing my eyelashes she accidentally pulled an actual eyelash out multiple times in the session she also did get the glue in my eyes. When doing the brow lamination she did not do it properly and it’s e even with the dye making my eyebrows uneven she also did not clean them up either. When I looked at them I hated it but was nice and paid anyways. They lady upfront overcharged me and she didn’t give me a receipt and I asked for the receipt and she overcharged me. I after that I went to my friend at work and said that they were not done correctly and some were falling off she said the brow lamination wasn’t done correctly. I am highly disappointed and my first time turned bad.

I don’t even know where to begin. This was my second time trying the membership option and boy do I regret it. Poor billing system, inconvenient cancellation policy and even worse customer service by a manager at that. You have to call multiple times in order to get someone to answer the phone. If you leave a message they will not return your call. When they finally do answer, rarely is manager available. When you finally do get a manager- they are rude, condescending and speak over you and have the nerve to tell you that their billing error was a result of the customer having insufficient funds (on a credit card!) which is totally inaccurate. They still charge you for another month long after you submit a cancellation form. Which according to their automated system you can only make changes to your account such as a cancellation in person, yet when you go in person they state it can be done via email but don’t tell you that up front. Front desk person absolutely tried their best but can use better training. But as for the manager… is that really who you want representing your business? Even if things didn’t work in my favor and the policy is the policy, regardless of how inconvenient, wrong and how many discrepancies it may have, an explanation would go a long way if you weren’t a jerk about it and perhaps showed an ounce of empathy for an inconvenience you caused.

Tracy did a great job on my full set 🙂 She was patient with my questions and even advised on what would be flattering for the type of eyes that I have (hooded) and talked through the process. The session was very relaxing – minimal talking and soothing music made the session quite enjoyable! I would recommend Tracy for anyone that is unsure of what they want or what would look right on them… I really appreciate the time that she took to make me look and FEEL beautiful! Thank you Tracy!

Tracy is an INCREDIBLE lash tech and Billie on the front desk is awesome! I called right when they open to see if they could fit me in for a touch up before my flight. I only had a couple of hours and Billie managed to fit me in with Tracy right away! The girls were so nice and accommodating. I haven’t been to this location since I moved but I will definitely be back when I’m in town!
