The moment you set foot in one of our Amazing Lash Studio in Atlanta, GA, you know you are in the right place. Our contemporary studio designs welcome you with a bright, comfortable lobby where you will complete some initial documentation to help your stylist customize your style. You will be greeted by your licensed lash stylist and escorted to your private suite. That’s right, a private suite so you can relax and unwind while our stylists do their magic. Your stylist will review your documentation and discuss the look you are seeking. Together you will review the proprietary lash styles and determine the length and thickness of your lashes. Next, you get comfortable on our cushioned massage tables and the stylist begins their magic.

This was the absolute worst lash lift experience I have ever had, and I have had many in the last few years. Teena was my stylist, so I can’t speak to any others. First, she got solution in my eye twice, which burned terribly. Then my lashes were both unevenly curled in some places and crinkled in others. Finally, she left tint under my eyes that I had to scrub off when I got home. Maybe she had a bad day, but I would emphatically recommend against it or go to someone else, as I am upset I have to live with these messed up eyelashes for the next month and a half. The salon front desk was very nice and wanted to help me out, but doing research it seems you can’t re-lift that soon to fix it.

There were so many red flags and i continued because i desperately needed my eyelashes done but i will not make this mistake again. Black ppl this place is not for us:1) the marketing pictures and so called look book, all white ppl. I decided not to judge it by that and that was my first mistake and i also saw black ppl working in the back so i felt better, BIG MISTAKE. 2)I got a brow wax and tint. The girl butchered my eyebrow and put the tint on for 5 secs and the results were horrid. Not tint and choppy eyebrows.I should’ve left there and to add insult to injury they said they didn’t see my eyelash appointment so had to hunt for someone to do it. 3) my eyelash was basic af and they charged me 144, there website pricing is very decieving. I wouldn’t have mind if my services were good i wouldve felt like i got my money worth. Instead i left feeling robbed. Was a HORRIF EXPERIENCE and my eyelash lady breath stunk had to keep holding my breath for 2hrs i almost passed out on the table. Its day 4 and i wasn’t gonna write this but all my left eyelashes are gone

I canceled my membership, because I found out I had an allergy to their adhesive. I was charged after I had cancelled. I called and they said that was membership fee. I said I cancelled and they said I had to fill out a form to cancel. I was sent a form filled it out and sent it back. Last month they tried to charge my card three times. The membership did not provide any benefits for me. They also ignored a call when I left a message 2 days after having lashes applied. I went in later and they charged full price to redo my lashes. Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, QualityI have been going to Diamond (master stylist) for over a year now and she is hands down the best lash tech I have ever gone to. My lashes last long and there is never any breakage of my natural lashes. All of my sets have been absolutely gorgeous and I get so many compliments on them. I live very close to the East Cobb Avenue and passed this place and was very curious about their services so I walked in and asked about them. Legit the worst studio of them all. Had an appointment for 7:30 and arrived at 7:40 after an hour drive and immense traffic on the highway only to be turned away and told there was no time. All studios have a 15 minute grace period and if a client were to not be taken then a courtesy call would be sweet. Instead, the front desk girl already said my stylist was “wrapping up” at 7:41 and was like she’ll go ask her. While hanging out in the back, you could hear them laughing about the situation only to have her come out and say she’s sorry and to rebook. Poor customer service, will definitely not come back here.

Terrible place. After I got membership I stayed on 2 or 3 times with them. I didn’t want to judged them first bad experience so I went a couple of times. Lashes are filling off, uneven, and not full enough. I complained every time but they said nothing they can do because my lashes are weak. They sold me the product to made them stronger but I never used it and change the place My lashes are amazing now and the lady who does them never complain that lashes are weak. I put the membership on hold and without telling me that it will lady only 3 months they started to charge my card. After a couple of months I realized and I called to cancel the membership they apologized and cancel. This month I see charges again so I called and the lady told me I can’t cancel over the phone and she hanged up on me . Very bad experience!
