The moment you set foot in one of our Amazing Lash Studio in Snellville, GA, you know you are in the right place. Our contemporary studio designs welcome you with a bright, comfortable lobby where you will complete some initial documentation to help your stylist customize your style. You will be greeted by your licensed lash stylist and escorted to your private suite. That’s right, a private suite so you can relax and unwind while our stylists do their magic. Your stylist will review your documentation and discuss the look you are seeking. Together you will review the proprietary lash styles and determine the length and thickness of your lashes. Next, you get comfortable on our cushioned massage tables and the stylist begins their magic.

Went to get classic lashes, took almost 2 hours, was not happy with the results. Am requesting my money back because someone will have to do a better job. Not pleased with the outcome at all. Lashes are already falling off 1 day later. Do not recommend. Also staff at front desk was rude.

Don’t ever book this company!!! I used them like 3-5 years ago when they just open for lashes and they did good! But now service is horrible!! I made a lash appointment for Thursday and received a call on Tuesday saying the Tech is unavailable and appointment rescheduled to Friday, now Friday morning couple hours before my appointment I got a call that my appointment is canceled because technician not well!! Like don’t you have more than one tech? Now the day of my vacation I don’t got no lashes!!!!! Horrible

Consumer beware double charged for services. When i realize the situation I called the company and asked to speak with a manager. The mgr was unavailable so i explained that I had an 9am appointment and it was switched to a 9:50 time slot. This was my 2nd time visiting as my first set of lashes that were done by a new tech fell of the very next day. So this is the second unpleasant experience I have had with this establishment. I was told that a manger would be able to fix the problem and resolve the issue of refunding my money. It has been 72 hours after calling again and have not heard from management. This is no way to run a business especially if I only swiped my card one time. I am sure I am not the only person that has had an appointment rescheduled. So the question is how many other customers has this happened too? Why hasn’t management fixed this glitch in their system?? I gave 2 stars only because the Sr eye technician did a nice job on my lashes.
