The moment you set foot in one of our Amazing Lash Studio in Burke, VA, you know you are in the right place. Our contemporary studio designs welcome you with a bright, comfortable lobby where you will complete some initial documentation to help your stylist customize your style. You will be greeted by your licensed lash stylist and escorted to your private suite. That’s right, a private suite so you can relax and unwind while our stylists do their magic. Your stylist will review your documentation and discuss the look you are seeking. Together you will review the proprietary lash styles and determine the length and thickness of your lashes. Next, you get comfortable on our cushioned massage tables and the stylist begins their magic.

Was really excited to get my lashes lifted and tinted. It was my first time ever doing anything to my lashes. Paid extra for a master to do them for me since it was my first time, I wanted to get it done well. I loved the girl I had (won’t mention her name because I’m sure she’s good overall). I was the last client of the day so maybe they were all tired and ready to just go home. Lashes look great, but I’m upset because my lower lashes on my right eye got curled up so that’s a little frustrating and it just looks odd. I don’t have short lashes so you can tell compared to my left eye. I also was considering getting a membership but front desk girl told me they don’t offer it for clients that just get lash lifts and tints , only extensions… even though on the website it says you can get a membership either way. Wouldn’t save me too much money but it would some.

I’ve never had lash extensions before so, I had no clue what I was supposed to pick or look for. The team here was amazing and helpful. Had some loss after a couple days on one eye, went back 6 days later and they adjusted no charge. Highly recommend!!! Eyelash extensions

This is not about my lash tech, she was great but about the front desk people. I cancelled (or so I thought) my membership in December 2022. I completed the necessary paperwork to get that done and the girl confirmed that it was and that they wouldn’t charge me again since it was, again, cancelled. I check my bank statements and they have been charging me for the past two months $139.99 for a membership that was supposed to be terminated. I called and they said they don’t have access to the membership side of things, only the manager does. That’s fine. I requested my cancellation document to be emailed to me and the girl said I was going to get it in “two minutes” but never got it. This isn’t just $5 that they’re taking from me and it’s so sad how dishonest the whole process of cancelling a membership is. You can’t just tell your client it’s cancelled and then keep taking money. That’s just plain stealing. So disappointing.

Incompetent lash technician, she glued both my bottom corner lashes to the false lashes they applied. So when the person was done it hurt to open my eyes bc the glue was pulling my bottom lashes. I told the technician to fix it so she then proceeded to PLUCK my bottom natural lashes off that were stuck! I was so upset but I’m not a confrontational person, I was hoping I’d get a discount for the trouble or something but I was still charged full price. Also this all took almost 3 hours of my day, so I’m sure she was training on me on top of that smh. Don’t go here bc they clearly care more about the money than their customers.

I really don’t enjoy leaving poor reviews, but I do believe this one is necessary. I showed up yesterday for my appointment for the first time at Amazing Lash Studio. When I got there, they did not have me booked for an appointment. I showed them my email confirmations and they apologized and said they were already booked. I was hoping there was something they could do to make the situation right, like give me a major discount next time for the inconvenience, but she just let me leave disappointed instead. Unfortunately, I’ll probably never return.

This place first of cancels your appointment and makes excuses and when you ask for another time they give you options that you already mentioned that it’s not going to work. They just ruined my birthday and my weekend. If you CAN NOT do the job why are you even open ? This is just the worst place I ever been to! Will never use their service ever again and I recommend using the local lash technicians than this 0star double standard place. The racism at its best !

I have been getting lash lifts for over 7 years and this was the first time a tech has gotten the perm solution in my eyes. It burnt horribly and they had to flush my eyes for several minutes. She also didn’t explain to me what was happening which was confusing. To make matters worse the tech’s phone was near my head and was constantly vibrating and going off throughout the appointment so I could not relax. This was all disappointing and the opposite of relaxing. I left a survey explaining what happened and never heard anything back. The tech and front desk staff were nice but I did not enjoy my service nor would I come back.
