The moment you set foot in one of our Amazing Lash Studio in Woodbury, NY, you know you are in the right place. Our contemporary studio designs welcome you with a bright, comfortable lobby where you will complete some initial documentation to help your stylist customize your style. You will be greeted by your licensed lash stylist and escorted to your private suite. That’s right, a private suite so you can relax and unwind while our stylists do their magic. Your stylist will review your documentation and discuss the look you are seeking. Together you will review the proprietary lash styles and determine the length and thickness of your lashes. Next, you get comfortable on our cushioned massage tables and the stylist begins their magic.

I am a customer and I was scheduled two days ago but because of a family emergency I was not able to make it so I was told that I would be charged a $45 fee and that i said it was ok but because my Wallet was stolen I did not have a debit card so I told them that I would come in at 10 am the next day with my debit to pay the 45 and the new set . I was scheduled by their staff and the next morning. Today they called me 1/2 hour before my appointment to cancel and say that the person who was going to do the lashes was sick. I was about to drive there since I’m 1/2 hour away but instead she re scheduled me to 4 then she called me back and said 2. I said I can’t take the 2 but I’ll take the 4 but I have dinner plans so since they cancelled my original appointment I said I would come Sunday and re scheduled . They put rev a manager and said that she will not re schedule me because I first need to pay the 45. Meanwhile they had scheduled and cancelled me. Is there something wrong here I’m the customer I said I would gladly pay when I come in and give a debit card for 45 dollars I mean your willing to lose a member over 45 dollars . Not to mention I have been there like 3 times to fix the lashes they did because u wasn’t explained correctly when I first got them and they put 6d which is some stools not natural looking lashes . U have paid every time to correct it spend more than enough and with the rudeness and no customer service I will never go there again and I don’t recommend anyone to go there as well .

I have to say. I expected more from this place. I was excited to saving money being that I go to another Lash place in Bayside and this would be more convenient for me location wise.I’ll start by saying that the staff is super friendly and very sweet. I came in letting them now that I wanted a dramatic look. I even looked at one of the girls at the front and said yes I like yours and she stated for me to speak with my stylist and that she would go over all the sizes with me. OK…. so I did. The stylist was very nice don’t get me wrong but she didn’t seem experienced. I stood on the table for 2 and half hours!! By the the time she finished I looked at the job and said wow I looked a lot better coming in then I do now. The whole point of me getting lashes and I also stated dramatic was so I wouldn’t have to wear mascara. Well it looked like my natural lashes thin but slightly longer. I was really hoping for better. I also saw it seemed as though she needed to fill in more spaces but she proceeded to tell me I did all of your lashes I said ok. So $90 down the drain. I went to the front and told them I was unhappy with the service and they stated why? I said well for one I wanted dramatic and I pointed to one of the girls lashes and said that’s the look I was going for and she said well you should’ve gotten the 3D. I said well why didn’t anyone tell me that??. She apologized and said if I come back in 2 weeks they will do a complimentary removal and she would charge me 50% off which still came out to $124 really??? I just spent $90 on a service that I was not happy with and I have to spend another $124 in 2 weeks???!! that’s the best they can do? So there special says original price $250. Well that’s exactly what I’d end up spending after a service that I was not at all content with. I was going to wait 2 weeks to go back to my lash place and have them put a new set but I can’t wait any longer. I’m removing these ASAP!

I never write reviews but this place is so unprofessional that i have to share my experience. I pay a monthly subscription for this place. The first time i went they said they couldn’t find my information and my appt meanwhile i already have paid for my membership. They made me go to another location in which they did a horrible job. My second appt i went and they wanted me to pay for the removal because they said the other girl who did it didn’t do it right and that i had to come back another day to get my eyelash extensions. I canceled my memebership and will never come back again.

I was very disappointed. I had a membership and they girls kept switching around my appointments and were very passive aggressive. They seem to not have a clue what they are doing when it comes to eyelash extensions, they are extremely over priced and seem to only care about the money! Your better off going to a private business they seem to care more and listen about what kind of style you want and alot cheaper, better quailty and lasts longer.

I used to visit merrick but this location is much closer to my house . From when you arrive to when you exit everyone is extremely nice. The store is very clean and they are extremely accommodating. I find the bad reviews a bit shocking as I had a very very small problem which could of easily happened at any location and they quickly corrected and accommodated me . Would highly recommend Giselle or Jun. I’ve never been happier with a set of lashes and have visited merrick, massapequa, and Commack.
