Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI have gotten eyelash extensions many times. I came here in hopes of finding a spot I could be a regular at, but left disappointed Ted. My appointment was Tuesday, and despite proper brushing and no water on my face for 50 hours, all of my lashes have fallen off on my left eye and tje majority of the right. After getting my set placed and getting in my car, three lashes immediately fell in my lap.The technician thought I wasn’t aware but continuously stopped working on my eyelashes to pick up her phone and text. I could hear her nails on the phone. Additionally, music blasted through her headphones which disrupted the experience and calming music in the background. I’m saddened that this place didn’t train their staff to treat their first timers as though they’d want to retain them. I’m also very confused as to the quality of lash and glue used being that it’s only been 3 days. Extensions are expensive!
