At first it was great. Eventually, my lashes would fall off the next day. They would fix them but I had to come back which is difficult when you work. My card was charged repeatedly when it wasn’t supposed to be, stylists have complained about the company to me, and I have waited for over an hour for the studio to open for a 9:00 am appointment. When it opened, the stylist did such a bad job that the lashes began falling out on the way home from the studio.

Someone took it upon themselves to make an unauthorized charge of $139.99 which I had to take the time out of my day to file a dispute w/my credit card company since the manager did not call me back as I was told. I specifically stated not to charge my card last service I had, even paid cash for that service & although I haven’t been back since, my card was still charged two weeks later without my consent, written or verbal. Because of this inconvenience, my card was declined when making funeral arrangements so I do not recommend having your card on file. The turn over the past couple months is crazy too, only good one they have now seems to be Karen. Although I’m happy w/her services, after 3yrs of services, I won’t be going back.

Critical: QualityI got my lashes done on a Wednesday, by the next day they were already falling off. I left for vacation on the Friday and while on vacation they just kept falling off. As soon as I got back I went back to Amazing lashes. They agreed that they shouldn’t be falling off and I might have “retention issue”. I have not had retention issues with any other place I’ve gone. When I came to this place I’d already had lashes, lashes I had gotten done 3 weeks prior and they were still on. I just needed a fill in that they wouldn’t do. They told me I had to take them off and get a new set. They couldn’t offer me anything except for me to pay for another fill-in even though they acknowledged there was something wrong. I won’t be coming back and I wouldn’t recommend anyone else waste there time and money here. This was the second time in my life ever getting lashes put on, so I didn’t know what to expect. Stepping into a full spa environment dedicated to lashes only was quite different for me. I loved that I got to just shut my eyes and listen to the calming music playing in the room. The process lasts about two hours, and for me, always being on the go or on the phone, it forces you to step away from all of that and just shut your eyes and relax. I think they do a beautiful job and my tech definately listened to what I told her I wanted done.
