The moment you set foot in one of our Amazing Lash Studio in Cherry Hill, NJ, you know you are in the right place. Our contemporary studio designs welcome you with a bright, comfortable lobby where you will complete some initial documentation to help your stylist customize your style. You will be greeted by your licensed lash stylist and escorted to your private suite. That’s right, a private suite so you can relax and unwind while our stylists do their magic. Your stylist will review your documentation and discuss the look you are seeking. Together you will review the proprietary lash styles and determine the length and thickness of your lashes. Next, you get comfortable on our cushioned massage tables and the stylist begins their magic.

After having a horrific experience at another amazing lash studio, I decided to try this location and what a difference it made. To start, the front desk staff is courteous, professional, and considerate of my time. The lash technician obviously knew what she was doing. Hailey is by far the best lash technician I’ve had at any amazing lash studio. She applied the volume refill and for the fist time in a year of being an amazing lash studio member, I can see the volume and appreciate her technique. She was extremely gentle but thorough and is an absolute gem of an employee. I feel so happy to have found her and can’t wait to go back. Thank you so much for such an amazing experience and top notch, professional work.

I would have gave 5 stars if it wasn’t for the woman at the front desk. Haleigh did my lashes and she was amazing! Seriously great! Great experience but the front desk woman was very rude to me. I told her just a couple days ago I received a coupon for a discount and she tells me I can’t use it. Then gives me a hard time about not signing up for the membership ( I explained I work in food industry I don’t know exactly when I can come back in, can I just do it online for my next visit, etc ) fix your front desk persons attitude and then you’ll be getting better reviews! Made an appointment to get a lash lift and tint. The staff was very nice and so was my technician however the final product wasn’t worth the money. I have long, straight, blonde lashes that when I curl and wear mascara I get asked if I have false lashes on. Yet even with following all the instructions after my service they barely look any different. The tint is good but I still have to curl them on my own. Not worth the money.

Absolutely horrible staff, front desk girls need to be fired. I would highly recommend choosing a different location. Problem arose and refused to contact manager. They canceled an appointment, refused to accommodate. We leave for vacation tomorrow morning and they said have a nice trip and walked away, meanwhile my wife’s lashes are completely missing on right eye. The owner needs to be more involved and listen to these reviews. No possible way the owner is unaware. DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION!!!!!!!

What isnt there to say? The owner really cares about the clients. She’s very involved and bubbly! Aliza is my favorite of the managera, being a former retail manager myself I appreciate her professional self but also her realism. She’s hilarious and she looks out for her team, what a manager should do. We had a discrepancy and got her manager involved instead of leaving me feeling ignored and unseen.

got a full set with the introductory offer for 99.00 i went in 2 weeks for a refill and got an upgrade for 135.00 . the first night i lost 4 the next day i lost 6. the third day lost 6. went in the fourth day of fill and they charged me another 99.00 . i was surprised they didnt stand by their work. so it cost me 235.00 plus 60 in tip ii 5 days. i am not cheap by any means and i will not be going back. aliza the managers reached out to mr to rectify my issue.

The first time I got lashes I loved them and they were $100, well worth it!!! My second time I got them done they were $235 plus tip. That is outrageous. I wish they would have told me they were going to be so much more. I’ve never heard of lashes for $235. I’d be ok with $125-$150, but More than double??? Eyelash extensions

I saw Sandra today for a classic lash refill and she was amazing! She’s super friendly and you can tell she loves her job!! She pays great attention to detail and I would recommend her to anyone. 🙂 Everyone at Amazing Lash is super nice; especially the staff up front! They are always super kind and helpful.

Just don’t , and if u do book over the phone because supposedly I booked with a master which later I found out it’s like a superior lash tech and the set was coming out to $234 which is insane , then got charged for rescheduling when online it never says that there’s a price difference between who does your lashes please ask a wholeeeeee lot of questions because the girl in the front kept going back and forth because she didn’t know the answers to the questions I was asking

I live 2 hours away and I called and told them my age I am 15 I got there with my dad and the front desk ladies were rude and kept giving each other looks and had a bad attitude she said oh you have to be 17 and my dad said what because we drove 2 hours and they decide to tell us when we got there, and they said they would call their manager and call us back and they never called us back thank god I found another place they did an amazing job and were very nice
