The moment you set foot in one of our Amazing Lash Studio in Florham Park, NJ, you know you are in the right place. Our contemporary studio designs welcome you with a bright, comfortable lobby where you will complete some initial documentation to help your stylist customize your style. You will be greeted by your licensed lash stylist and escorted to your private suite. That’s right, a private suite so you can relax and unwind while our stylists do their magic. Your stylist will review your documentation and discuss the look you are seeking. Together you will review the proprietary lash styles and determine the length and thickness of your lashes. Next, you get comfortable on our cushioned massage tables and the stylist begins their magic.

Horrible experience! The first full set I received was wonderful. I had to wait 3 weeks instead of 2 for my refill because the eye lash tech was on vacation. I received a refill with volumes on Monday ($170). They barely looked like I had them done. Thursday morning I decided to contact them. I sent the picture attached. They agreed to rectify the issue. I sent multiple messages and didn’t hear back. I called again. They agreed one week later to do a full set at $99. With all the extra fees that would have came out to almost $200. They were not flexible and not accommodating. So in one week I would have spent almost $400. This place is a scam, you’re better off buying Latisse for $200. With all the extra fees – master stylist- different types of eyelashes- tip and tax it gets really expensive quick. The refill doesn’t last. I had high expectations for this place and was disappointed. They didn’t even seem to care. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. All future appointments have been canceled. In desperate need of great customer service.

Emily is my lash tech and i’m always so happy with the way they look. She always makes sure to keep me on top of everything and ensures that i have the right after care products. My retention is always great and i love returning every 2 weeks. Aimee from the front desk is always so lovely, attentive and always tells me when they are running promotions which i love! Noelle is always such a sweetheart and you can tell she truly loves what she does. I’ve brought my mother and my mother in law here and now all 3 of us have memberships which we love !! I asked for one “master” stylist and got another one who was very short with me during the service and quite rough. She was trying to inform me but definitely lacked tact. I went here because I couldn’t make it to my usual stylist due to traveling (who works for the same chain but my overall experience was way better). This is my first and last time doing that. I should’ve just got them removed but it’s a lesson learned. I cried in the car and I think I rather go back to mascara as I don’t want to even chance a repeat of this experience. Long story short choose wisely.

While there were a few miscommunications with previous management, the team at amazing lash really makes sure the customer is satisfied and works hard to make things better. The studio is always clean and I truly love my lashes every time I leave here. Great problem resolution and costumer care.

I really never leave bad reviews but after a phone call to this place today to get my lashes touched up I was shocked at the difficulty in making an appointment. I am an old customer that got a membership with them years ago when this place first opened in Florham Park. I thought they would welcome me back with open arms and boy was I wrong! Back then everything was good until they started charging more and more for my technician as she kept moving up to more senior stylist levels. It was ridiculous that I was being charged much more than what was agreed to on my contract using the same stylist who for some bizarre reason started going up levels every time I went for a fill. I am no dummy and knew they were scamming me and started looking for a new lash place. I went one last time for my monthly full fill and to my surprise they only booked me for a half hour which is not what I booked when I made the appointment. A half hour was not part of the membership so I got charged when I should have gotten a free hour. Another scam. I told them to cancel my membership immediately and if they charged my card again I would call my bank and report it as a fraudulent charge. I found an excellent lash place right away and never looked back. My lashes lasted 2-3 weeks and my natural lashes stayed strong. So fast forward to today. My lash stylist at another salon was on vacation this week and I had a few lashes that needed to be removed and replaced. I needed a simple half hour fill as I have a lot of events this week. I figured I would call them as they are more established now and they would welcome me back. Boy, I was wrong. A snotty combative girl answered the phone and I told her I was an old customer and could I book a one time half hour (here was their chance to try and earn my business again and they blew it) The girl was obsessed over the fact that I was a returning customer and she couldn’t find me in the system. I kept asking to forget it and to focus on making an appointment. She kept telling me I need a full removal and I explained to her I needed a few lashes replaced. She kept being combative and I jokingly asked if I could get one lash replaced! She took me seriously and said she would have to talk to a manager and call me back. I laughed and said ok. We hung up and I called my hair salon. I was getting color on Wed and I know they have a lash stylist who I have never used. They appreciate my business and told me they could help me out and squeeze in 15 minutes with her before my color as she was very booked. Success! They are customer oriented and that is why they have a really good high end salon with 5 star reviews. The whole call about the appointment took 30 seconds unlike the 4 minute battle with the idiot answering the phone at Amazing Lash in Florham Park. I forgot about her and was surprised when she left a message 3 hours later telling me she spoke to her manager and set up an appointment to replace ONE LASH!!!

My granddaughter was here and had a terrible experience. In transparency, I am not a client but I’d like to educate the future customers how this business runs. Staff are unprofessional and threatening clients to charge them with fees when the staff messed up the schedule and kept wanting to get in new clients. Even you’re a member, they don’t care about you. NOT RECOMMENDING this location.

I LOVE Jess! She’s great and does an amazing job. However the front desk ALWAYS messes up my appointments or when I check out there’s issues with packages/ how much I’m being charged / upgrades / confirming appointments for the wrong time etc. it’s a headache every time I go in. I go in and come out feeling stressed .. you would think for the all the $$ I’m paying, there would be better customer service. Strongly considering canceling and signing up a different location who have better customer service!!!
