Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValuePretty disappointed and underwhelmed by my lash lift and overall experience with Amazing Lash. Based on customer photos from their website, I was expecting to see–and the stylist agreed that I would expect to see–that post-curler look without the curler. But the results were so subtle that it was completely unnoticeable. My stylist seemed distracted; it felt like she barely left the perm on for even a few minutes, and she forgot to take my under-eye strips off after the service. She mentioned when I got off the table that my lashes would “pop up” as they dried — it felt as if she knew that it didn’t look right..? (They did not pop up any more, even though I followed all post-session care guidance.) I also got dry skin on just one part of one eyelid — makes me wonder if part of the upper strip wasn’t applied properly.When the front desk texted me to check in a few days later (a nice service), I told them my experience. No answer. I followed up in a few days and quickly got a call back from the front desk. She offered me another session with a different stylist and $10 off. I told her I didn’t feel that was adequate as I was essentially still paying for two sessions (over $100 each with tip) when the first session was clearly not done right. She said she would talk to her manager about a compensated session and would call me on Monday. No call back. I followed up again and didn’t hear back.I’m disappointed because when done properly, the lift does look amazing. I was hoping I could try the service again, but done properly. Pretty disappointed and underwhelmed by my lash lift and overall experience with Amazing Lash. Based on customer photos from their website, I was expecting to see–and the stylist agreed that I would expect to see–that post-curler look without the curler. Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI love this place. I’ve had a membership for over a year now so I’ve had almost every stylist. My all time favorite is Lisa. Shes thorough every time and you can tell she loves what she does bc it shows in her work. I feel like she does my lashes every time like they were her own. She always puts the most lashes on even when I feel like I have no lashes left; she literally transforms my eyes every time I come in. She’s consistent and meticulous. I love this place. I’ve had a membership for over a year now so I’ve had almost every stylist. My all time favorite is Lisa. Shes thorough every time and you can tell she loves what she does bc it shows in her work. I feel like she does my lashes every time like they were her own. She always puts the most lashes on even when I feel like I have no lashes left; she literally transforms my eyes every time I come in. She’s consistent and meticulous.
