The moment you set foot in one of our Amazing Lash Studio in Short Hills, NJ, you know you are in the right place. Our contemporary studio designs welcome you with a bright, comfortable lobby where you will complete some initial documentation to help your stylist customize your style. You will be greeted by your licensed lash stylist and escorted to your private suite. That’s right, a private suite so you can relax and unwind while our stylists do their magic. Your stylist will review your documentation and discuss the look you are seeking. Together you will review the proprietary lash styles and determine the length and thickness of your lashes. Next, you get comfortable on our cushioned massage tables and the stylist begins their magic.

I must share my incredibly positive experience at Amazing Lash Studio in Warren. I had the most lovely master stylist named Hayley assigned to me. Hayley was pleasant, kind, and professional. She did a phenomenal job applying a full set of lash extensions for me. The establishment was clean and inviting. The staff were all kind and friendly. I am truly pleased with the whole experience and my lashes have never looked better! I highly recommend this company and most definitely recommend booking with Hayley if at all possible.

The lash tech was nice and polite but I wasn’t really happy with my lashes they started coming off the same day, the lashes are soft and very comfortable but the length I wanted was not achieved. For the price I was expecting better, I told the lash tech I liked them because she was taking too long and I was tired and already running late for my next appointment. Overall the place is clean and staff are okay, not sure I will be returning.

I’ve been a client with Amazing Lash Studio for years and I continue to give the Short Hills location second attempts to make it work. The customer service was impeccable back in the day. Now, great customer service is a thing of the past. Clearly this location does its own thing. Customers should be made aware of policy changes or policies that go into effect with an effective date. It’s frustrating to visit a location and their policies aren’t aligned with the other locations, along with a high turnaround rate.
