The moment you set foot in one of our Amazing Lash Studio in CITY,STATE, you know you are in the right place. Our contemporary studio designs welcome you with a bright, comfortable lobby where you will complete some initial documentation to help your stylist customize your style. You will be greeted by your licensed lash stylist and escorted to your private suite. That’s right, a private suite so you can relax and unwind while our stylists do their magic. Your stylist will review your documentation and discuss the look you are seeking. Together you will review the proprietary lash styles and determine the length and thickness of your lashes. Next, you get comfortable on our cushioned massage tables and the stylist begins their magic.

Terrible the worst ever I been doing my eyelashes for years so I call this place and they told me it was it 2 hour appointment I let them know my husband past away and I need something to make my eyes look better so I get to the place and this girl did my eyelashes for 2 hours and a half but when I’m walking out I see I had empty spots in my lashes and the women at the front desk then advaised me they has a master in lashes and she could fix them for me let me tell you something this lashes did it even last 24 hours I had to be wearing sun glasses In my husband funeral then when I was about to pay is like if they don’t know what they are doing I ended up paying 219 for the Terrible job they did a brush and a soap because If I fallow the care steps they were supposed to last longer almost 3 hours there and the women couldn’t even do the math for me to live and go home I was going to buy a package that thanks god I did ir because they are a scam, even the master that fixed my eye lashes when she saw the job she said owww nooo next time get them with me and guess what they charge extra to get someone more qualified I thought they all should be talented they abuse people pain and have no heart because I wanted to look nice like my husband like always me to look never go to this place hope they give me a full refound.

The ABSOLUTE worst lash studio EVER!!! I had an appt there at the studio in Westport and when arrived for my appt the very rude unprofessional young lady behind the desk told me I don’t have an appt with no further explanation. I showed her my confirmed appt in my phone and still she went to make every excuse possible and long story short I left without my lashes being done. I drove 45 min to this studio and am highly disappointed with the lack of customer service. As I arrived early I sat in my car and watched the young lady and another staff member sit down doing absolutely nothing for 25 min but yet they couldn’t take the time to figure out what went wrong with this appt.I will NEVER return!!!!!!!

I went as a model for a student learning extentions. The student was awesome but I give them 3 stars because I was told by the student that they had a time limit to finish therfore she couldn’t finish the inside of my eyes. There were no people waiting for an appointment and they had no one in their salon waiting….so it is beyond me why they would let a client of theirs walk out with halfway done eyelashes. The sign up said they would not be perfect…not that they would not complete them. Very unprofessional if you ask me.
