Amazing hair braiding

DO NOT GO HERE!! first off, when i showed up for my 1 o’clock appointment the lady wasn’t even there and i had to wait an hour and half for her to get there. i told them i wanted box braids and i received singles instead, AND on top of that.. they braided my hair too tightly and my head was sore for two weeks and i now have a bald spot. this is the worst experience i’ve ever had with getting my hair braided (i’ve never had a bad experience before until coming here) and now i’m traumatized. also it stinks in the shop and it’s very unclean.

Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueHands down the best on the Westside of Atlanta❣️ They are personable and mindful of clients. Cindy is a master with consistency and is not a person who rushes through perfection. Sarah is awesome as well. I have seen her work. They work hard to try and please the clients and only commit to work they know they can do. I have been multiple times to get my hair braided and I have LOVED my hair EVERYTIME!! It’s always neat and flat and I have VERY THICK full hair. The parts are always perfect. I have referred many people who all had the same experience. The salon is clean and they are very professional. I saw someone say something about a smell, but keep in mind, this is in a small plaza with other businesses, and next to a gas station. Sometimes when buildings are old there could be a faint smell coming from sewage or what have you. I am not bothered by that at all. I think that was unnecessary to mention frankly. But, These are beautiful Queens working hard and while I haven’t been able to go in a while, I can’t wait to have my crown touched again by Cindy. And I have not went anywhere else to get braids since I discovered them. Hands down the best on the Westside of Atlanta❣️ They are personable and mindful of clients. Cindy is a master with consistency and is not a person who rushes through perfection. Sarah is awesome as well. I have seen her work. They work hard to try and please the clients and only commit to work they know they can do. Appointment was made a week prior for 830 am for medium knotless braids , woman didn’t show up until 9:10 .. when she arrives she says she’s not doing knotless braids because “it takes too much time” I asked what am I supposed to do about my appointment because I made it a week ago??
