I highly recommend both the owner Michael for massage and Wendy Caswell the esthetician for microdermabrasion and facials. I am a trainer with the National Academy of Sports Medicine, and I need specific body work done to keep my muscle extensibility and flexibility. Michale does excellent deep tissue work so that I am able to do my job in the gym. He is very accommodating on scheduling, and he works on you until he is finished.( Not a 60 minute clock watcher)
