Usually don’t have to wait long and am able to get my eyebrows cleaned up. Depending on who is working depends on how good they do though. I’ve never had a really bad experience though. This is the only place I go so it works for me.

So after several attempts to get henna art tattoo, which is s feature the company offers, I finally was able to get an associate who can do the henna. I was told twice before this “artist” wasn’t in. But today she was! And not only do they not offer the services in the numerous pictures they have hanging up, but I was told by the threader I could bring in photos of what I wanted. The henna artist couldn’t do either. Wasnt shy about saying so. She offered to use a stencil since she could not free hand. Still anxious I took her up on her offer. Needless to say it was trash. I will be posting pictures. Also if this company can not do what it claims take down the photos. This is false advertisement!

I trust no one but her, her other employees are exceptional but personally I love her and she dosent even know it but I moved to Raleigh pretty much and I still travel just because I don’t trust anyone here.
