Amazing Eyebrow Threading

Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI’ve been going here to get my eyebrows threaded for nearly two years. When I went other places before, I use to get really nervous. I wasn’t always happy with the results. My eyebrows wouldn’t always look similar or would be too thin.Goma always listens to what I’m looking for and delivers every time. I’ve been going here to get my eyebrows threaded for nearly two years. When I went other places before, I use to get really nervous. I wasn’t always happy with the results. My eyebrows wouldn’t always look similar or would be too thin.

Critical: ProfessionalismI visit this establishment once a month to have my upper lip cleaned. About 6 months ago a new person was trained and since then I have gotten this person. Sorry I did not get a name but will update post when I do. She often is speaking to someone on the phone using her Bluetooth headphones and wears black rimmed glasses.She method of threading is very aggressive that I always leave my session with a cut. I am posting a review now because as I was waiting for my appointment last month she was working on a mans eyebrows. From where I was sitting in the waiting area I saw blood dripping down his fingers as he was holding his cut from her threading work. This was the nail in the coffin for me. I personally thanks for her by saving my time and money. I would like to suggest couple of google reviewer to be thank full about her instated of being so dramatic and schadenfreude. Critical: Professionalism, QualityI am not one to leave bad reviews but I dont want anyone else having a bad experience like I did. 🙁 I got there expecting her to say anything to me or maybe ask how I wanted my eyebrows done but she just sat me down and started threading while she facetimed a friend or family member with a crying kid in the background. Im a dude and I just wanted my eyebrows cleaned up a bit and she literally thinned them out so much and arched them I feel so embarrassed to go anywhere in public. 🙁 she continued her FaceTime conversation even while I paid and never really acknowledged I was there. I am so sad right now. Im sure theres some girls that would like the eyebrows I have now but it was definitely not what I wanted. It happened so quickly too I feel robbed and stunned.
