I’ve been coming here since 2003. I’ve always had excellent service. I listen to my hair stylist. She knows my hair and the health of my hair. If I wanted something done, and it wouldn’t work out for me she would tell me. I TRUST HER.

If there were negative stars….I’d give that!y appt was for 1200. I get there and the colorist tells me that my appt was for 1244…not 1200. She Never introduced herself. Told me how busy she was, and that she has multiple appts. Kept telling I was too early for my hair cut. I told her four times I wanted highlights and low lights put in. She looks at my red hair and tells me it’s damaged, and she can’t highlight it. Then adds she’s not comfortable. I told her no one else has had a problem highlighting my hair. She put in a tester strand with a base of 20….a BASE OF 20 !!! Waits five mintutes then takes it out and tells me she can’t do it because it didn’t lighten…I told her she should have used a 30 or 40. I went to another salon…Walmart of all places…got my highlights and low lights put in, no problem! I would not recommend this place to anyone

I called and booked an appointment with this salon on October 6. The person I spoke to said the next available appointment they had was October 13th and I let them know that that was too soon for me and asked if I could schedule an appointment the week of the 25th. So they asked if I would like to be booked that Monday (the 25th). I thought that would be a good day, I just needed to leave work early because they said my appointment time would be at 3 pm. So I left work and drove over to my appointment for the scheduled day and time for them only to tell me that they did not have me down for an appointment. They said that they could rebook me Wednesday that same week but I already have a different appointment scheduled for that day. It was very disappointing to have scheduled an appointment weeks prior only for them to tell me that they didn’t have me scheduled.

Best haircut I’ve ever had! I’ve tried tons of salons from high up to local and affordable. I’ll say, you can either pay for the company name and not get what you wanted or you can pay for the cut and this place is phenomenal. Wendy was great to talk to and did better than I had even anticipated!
