BEWARE! Worst braiding experience! They give certain clients special treatment no matter if your appointment was before theirs. I was the first one there for a 9 am appointment and the braiders were late. They didn’t start my hair until 9:30. About 45 minutes later another lady came and & they took her braids down, washed, blow dried and rebraided her hair before mine, while I had to wait. Horrible business etiquette. Took them 5 hours to do my hair & i came washed & blow dried & I had 2 braiders until one left to finish the other ladies hair who came after me. Never going back! Dont waste your time ladies and save yourself the unnecessary headache.

I tried numerous times to ask Aisha (the owner) about pricing for simple crotchet, she kept saying it depends. When I got to the shop a lady just got hers done and I saw her pay $80, I told Aisha I wanted same style, 1 hour later when she finished she asked for $150. I told her that’s was a rip off she asked me what did I expect, the workmanship on my hear wasn’the best. Speechless, I Zelled her the money and walked out. I will NEVER return to this place. *BE WARE B4 GOING TO THIS PLACE*

I had an overall good experience. I’m a new customer. The place was clean with decent furniture and hair chairs. Good customer service. Everyone was real friendly. There was 5 braiders all can braid very good. My stylist did a great job on my hair. She was real attentive and did not braid my edges.My hair came out very nice.I am a happy client and would recommend this place.Im from Atlanta and know good work.
