Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueWe arrive for two pedicures and a one manicure. The owner Laqueta Maze started off with the manicure first. She tried to rushed the manicure had acrylic all over my sister in-laws hands. She kept making rude comments with every suggestion to fix the nails. We told her we would not be stay for the pedicure after an hour in an half of listening to her make phone calls,be unprofessional talking about how customers only come there to stalk her boyfriend, telling us we have an attitudes. We seen her on Sunday and Tuesday the nail broke off. Not only was she paid $65 for these nails we went to a different nail salon to get them repainted and fixed what she rushed on. She told us that the nails that were picked out in a picture were photo shopped and was asking how to do them that way. When my sister said I don’t know your the nail artist that when she questioned her and asked if she was a professional. Told my sister in law she needs to go to school so she can see not all nails will be perfect. That’s whole experience was a joke. My sister in-law sent a message on Tuesday saying she appreciates the effort put in her nails but that we wouldn’t be coming back and sent her a picture of the nail falling off. The owner Laqueta Maze response was unprofessional and unacceptable. So much more I can add to this experience. In the end we will just go to the nail salon we always go to.
