Callaway did a color correction on my hair and she KILLED it. I wanted to go from very dark brunette hair to a subtle brown with balayage and she made it happen for me. She was very sweet and we chatted for hours. She asked me about my budget and wanted to work with me. She was even able to get me in earlier to make sure I could get to work on time. Seriously amazed by my experience today. Everyone in there was nice and the atmosphere was amazing. I will definitely be going back.

Today was my first time getting a haircut in over two years. My previous hairstylist moved away during the pandemic and I was paralyzed with anxiety to find a new one so I just put it off over and over. My hair was in a very bad state. I’m not one to get anxious over most appointments, but when it comes to hair, I’ve had so many bad experiences that I was afraid to even make an appointment, let alone show up. I was able to easily book an appointment online which took away some of my fears, but I was still anxious going into the appointment.
