Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, QualityI have been going to one of the stylists, Jamie, that works out of Amanti Salon for the past 4 years and I am thoroughly impressed with the work she is doing out of Amanti. Ever since she has joined their team her work has only improved in her technique and she has gained new skills that have made my hair experience even more incredible. Jamie has provided me with vivid colors such as blue, pink, and even lilac. I have come into her chair after bleach dying my hair on my own (thank you pandemic) and had her fix my mediocrity and make me look great. She recently put in hand tied extensions which she learned from and became certified by Melissa, the owner of the salon. We picked out the color together and created a plan for putting them in as well as what we may have to do to my hair and the extensions themselves to have them match, but once the extensions were put into my hair they looked completely natural and matched my hair color perfectly. This type of experience is the type of experience I have every time I sit in Jamie’s chair. In the four years that I have gone to her I have never left her disliking my hair, including times where what I’ve asked for turned out to be something I did not like, she took the time to adjust and perfect it so that when I left, I absolutely loved my hair. This type of service cannot be beat and is what is encouraged and created through Amanti Salon. I have been going to one of the stylists, Jamie, that works out of Amanti Salon for the past 4 years and I am thoroughly impressed with the work she is doing out of Amanti. I can’t even count on 2 hands how many times I have recommended Amanti Salon to others ever since I so very thankfully found them post quarantine. Melissa (owner) is an absolute miracle worker. The first day I walked into her salon my hair was multiple, faded colors…a literal mess. Since then, she slowly transitioned my hair to be more blonde without damaging it (some salons just wanted to bleach my hair). Although the process took awhile, it was worth it. Now we change the tone depending on season, etc but no more messy hair! I trust her immensely with my hair and usually tell her to “just make my hair look good.” Last visit (pictures shown) I changed things up slightly and she far exceeded my expectations. She is my go to person for all hair coloring needs, hands down. Cannot recommend more highly. Her skill is incredible. Space is modern, clean, and although they’ve added new stylists/workers since they added their new location in Glastonbury (Mane & Co) everyone thus far has been pleasant and welcoming. It definitely has become much busier so be sure to book well in advance. Although prices have gone up, you ultimately get what you pay for…and and Melissa always gives me a general idea of the cost so I’m not shocked at checkout.

I had a great haircut last month with Alexis. She did a wonderful job. She really took the time to understand what I wanted, and took the extra time to layer through all of my long thick hair. The salon was clean. I’ll definitely be coming back. Haircut

I’m not one to complain or write reviews but a little disappointed with my experience here, especially for the price. I had my hair cut and color treated at their Wethersfield location about 2 weeks ago. It was my first time here as they were the only salon near by that had an opening for the day I could come in.

My experience at AMANTi Salon was excellent. I worked with Jamie who is stellar. Honestly, I don’t think I always give great instructions about what I want, because usually I’m not sure. And as a result, I often leave a salon dissatisfied. Jamie listened, asked smart and thoughtful questions, and in less than 5 minutes she knew exactly what I wanted. I’ve never been so happy about my cut and color. I LOVE what Jamie did for my hair – I feel like a different person, and it was as though she was in my head and created exactly what I wanted. I have gotten consistent compliments on my hair since I left the salon. I will definitely be back – Jamie is my new hair goddess. The salon itself is beautiful, clean, efficient, and the other staff there are kind, courteous and thoughtful. A home run in my book.

I was very hesitant at first and just kind of went in with blind trust. Taylor was amazing! She understood me when I explained how difficult my hair was. I have natural ethnic hair. My hair is very thick, coarse, curly and there is a lot of it too. She handled my hair like a pro! And to my surprise, she was very knowledgeable on my type of hair in general. I am extremely happy with it and will be coming back soon.

Highly reccomend! Brianna was absolutely fabulous! You can tell that the staff is knowledgeable and really cares about making their clients feel refreshed and confident! Your stylist will listen to your needs and check in with you to hear your thoughts and make adjustments from there. My hair is very thick and long and Brianna lightened up, framed my face, and calmed the chaos that was happening before entering the salon. If you want to have happy and healthy hair, I suggest visiting Amanti Salon!

Thank you Melissa and Nicole. I get my hair styled thirteen (13) times a year and this is not a small request for me. We change our clothes and style needs daily, but having a great confident hair style is very important to me at an affordable price. At AMANTi Salon, I have found a very comfortable environment where I can trust my hairdresser/stylist to listen to my wishes and concerns as well as offer truthful suggestions for style and design. Any pretentiousness or ostentation is removed when walking into the salon for my appointment, which can be very intimidating as a male going into a hair salon. As a customer of AMANTi Salon for over three (3) years, equivalent of over thirty six haircuts, I can honestly say I could not be more pleased with the services and attention to detail that I have received from Nicole and Melissa’s staff. They treat me with respect and make it easy to keep coming back for another great look.
