She used a balanced blend of massage and stretching to help ease the soreness in my back, neck and shoulders. She adjusted her use of pressure according to my wishes. Over the course of an hour not only did she work the muscles with hot stones and good old fashioned hand work, but also stretched each major muscle group to release tension across my back and legs. Amazing experience! They are super knowledgeable and experienced. This was my first time here and although the outside and location looks less than promising, it is worth every penny possible! She also added some hot stones which were incredible! $55 for 30 minutes or $65 for 60 minutes!
