I was looking for someone to do hair and makeup for myself and my wedding party. As I am getting my hair done by Amanda during a normal appointment I was telling her about our plans and because I trust her so much I asked her if she knew of anyone in OBX who I might be able to outreach to. I didn’t get much of that out before she said she would do it. I was so surprised that she was willing to drive down to OBX for my small vow renewal and do this for me. It seriously meant the entire world to me, more than she probably even knows. When my day came she and Devon did hair and makeup and made my girls, my mom, and my daughter feel and look amazing. Honestly my daughter has never looked more beautiful….legit made me cry! Amanda did my hair and makeup and she did exactly what I asked for and what I had pictured in my mind. I felt so beautiful that day and my husband also had no complaints lol. Amanda is not only a wonderful hairstylist and makeup artist, but she’s got the most wonderful personality. She’s warm, friendly, super funny and so thoughtful. You feel like you’re sitting with your best friend just hanging out, she makes you feel that comfortable. She truly puts her heart into her work and you can see that with every client who leaves her chair. I literally couldn’t say enough about her and how much I just truly think she’s the best! My husband and I were planning our 10 year wedding anniversary with a vow renewal in OBX. I was looking for someone to do hair and makeup for myself and my wedding party.
