Always told to come at certain time and it’s never US late or nothing ,someone would call say come another time get there and it’s always Nasty attitudes , more concern about your payment than your style. It’s like we all support the black owned businesses but do they really appreciate US/our money ?? I will not be sending my daughter back there , and because she can’t quite understand the language that’s use in this shop they was very nasty to her today .

I called the shop and spoke to the owner Amanda and asked if they did locs; she stated yes (my normal locs stylist was on vacation). A pregnant lady came from the back and destroyed my stylist work. I asked her several times what technique she was using because she was pulling my hair. She said she was retwisting. When I got from under the dryer, my hair looked worst than when I walked in. Then she attempted to charge me $90 but I explained that wasn’t the price I was quoted. Amanda intervened and told her $60. I called back and told Amanda how disappointed I was and she wanted to fix it. The lady was trying to interlock my dreads and destroyed my style. Now my lines are not straight and my stylists is trying to repair the damage. If they can’t do the style, please don’t let them practice on clients

I requested a simple braid down. (Cornrows) I showed a picture and when I felt she was braiding wrong I corrected her 3 times. She completely disregarded what I said the told me it was good the way she did it. Now this was not Amanda the owner it was one of the other braiders.

Very professional and clean. I am new too North Carolina from Texas and was looking for a braid shop on the internet. I was scared to try and even thought of flying to Houston for my braids. I am very happy and pleased with my hair. I have found my new hair shop in Clayton NC only 16 minutes from my home. The location is good the parking is a little small but overall it was Great Service. I would differently recommend this place. I really believe God sent me to this shop it was so peaceful there. The prices are very affordable and all the staff friendly, professional. Someone had mentioned another place but I felt this one was for me.
