Critical: ProfessionalismBeen trying to call and ask for prices since the shop is only 10 min away from me. The man on the phone said he’d check how much it would be with the hair & length I wanted then call me back. I wait over 2 hrs no call back so I try to call the shop & everything going to voicemail. They finally call me back on their own time & they can’t even hear me through the phone! Sounds muffled and loud, almost like driving!?! Unreal. Been trying to call and ask for prices since the shop is only 10 min away from me. The man on the phone said he’d check how much it would be with the hair & length I wanted then call me back.
