Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI first came in about 6 months ago to get a trim and a hair color and Amalia (the owner) wasn’t able to do the exact color that I wanted but did something similar and I was fine with it but today I came in to get another trim and a new hair color and I got attended by the male who works here least to say he took 5+ hours to do the trim and color, he was too heavy handed and kept yanking on my hair and the color didn’t come as close as I wanted it. I first came in about 6 months ago to get a trim and a hair color and Amalia (the owner) wasn’t able to do the exact color that I wanted but did something similar and I was fine with it but today I came in to get another trim and a new hair color and I got attended by the male who works here least to say he took 5+ hours to do the trim and color, he was too heavy handed and kept yanking on my hair and the color didn’t come as close as I wanted it. Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI used to get my eyebrows waxed when I first started. I always dreaded it because it was painful & I always ended up breaking out from it. I then decided to try threading. I like it a lot better. However, because of the pandemic, I didn’t feel comfortable going to my usual place. I went to high school with Yazmin & found out she did eyebrows. I scheduled an appointment with her. I was expecting it to hurt because of my previous experience waxing. I was beyond surprised at how much I loved it. Yazmin takes her time to make sure your brows are perfect! She is so gentle too. I mean I hadn’t done my eyebrows for about 3 months because of COVID. She did an amazing job. So much better than anyone else I’ve gone to. Highly recommend her!
