I had an appointment To get my hair dyed and cut , Susan was great at first then people started coming in to get haircuts she got irritated and totally ingnored me , I sat there with dye in my hair for an hour and 20 minutes while she did 3-4 haircuts I was so upset I forgot how many exactly. Finally she rinsed my hair , I was just about to tell he how much to cut off my hair then clip 2 inches on the floor off the back of my head . I have Curley thick hair she took off to much , very calmly I explained please don’t touch the length anymore please , just clean up the layers . When I got home my roots were still grey and my hair was to short ….I paid $80.00 and my color still looks the same and haircut is not even …. I would not recommend this business …, horrible customer service …I will not go back

Came to the hair salon Saturday after noon walked in like I always have ready to sign in but no sign in sheet on counter so I sat down. Waited over half-hour till an employee finally acknowledged me and said if I have an appointment I said no then she said there booked. I was calmed, nice and scheduled an appointment for the next day 11:30am show up half-hour early to see a note on the door saying there closed for maintenance. I come from Denver to this salon cause I liked how they cut my hair it’s the only spot I let any of the employee’s cut my hair but after this I have to look for another spot thanks for the service but I’ll take my business some where else!!!!

I’ve been going here for well over a decade. And all of a sudden they decide to cut hair how they want and not how you ask them. (And MESS UP)…….Prices for a cut like the one I just got should be in a 5 dollar range. Now I have to wear a hat everywhere I go
