Ashley was a wonderful and talented nail artist. However, I was told she was busy or not booking all while she kept booking others and I was always kind and tipped well. I don’t understand what I did wrong…. But, now if I comment anything, it’s automatically deleted from their Facebook. Communication is key when running a business. Also…. rushing me out each time I was there. I didn’t complain about the few mess ups there were because I enjoyed visiting and everything. All in all… just let down cause I’m way too nice of a person to be treated like this.

Ashley Vigil did my nails and I was very disappointed. I showed her a pic of what I wanted, a grey ombre. I realize she might not be able to match the color but the quality of what she did was awful! My nails were misshapen, no curve to them. Just a flat paddle that was lumpy on top, different lengths and polish was all over my cuticle. I’ve attached photos of what I wanted vs. what she did.
