Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueThere are not enough works to describe how amazing Alysha is a hairstylist. I came to her wanting to go BRIGHT red. Now remember, her specialty is blondes, but that didn’t stop her. She went above and beyond to do research, reach out to me while buying dye to ensure it was the colors I wanted, and walked me through the entire process. She was honest in the beginning that it may take more than one appointment because I already had dark down hair dye, which it did, and she took money off my first appointment and applied to my second (when she got it PERFECT). This is not something she had to do as a business owner, this is because she takes utmost pride in her work and in her customers. My hair is perfect, she’s a gem of a person and a hair stylist, and I could not recommend her more. She will take the journey with you to get your desired hair and is honest along the way of what it will take to get there. There are not enough works to describe how amazing Alysha is a hairstylist. I came to her wanting to go BRIGHT red. Now remember, her specialty is blondes, but that didn’t stop her. She went above and beyond to do research, reach out to me while buying dye to ensure it was the colors I wanted, and walked me through the entire process. She was honest in the beginning that it may take more than one appointment because I already had dark down hair dye, which it did, and she took money off my first appointment and applied to my second (when she got it PERFECT). This is not something she had to do as a business owner, this is because she takes utmost pride in her work and in her customers. My hair is perfect, she’s a gem of a person and a hair stylist, and I could not recommend her more. Critical: ProfessionalismI urge you to scroll to my photos to the reality of what your hair will look like. This has not only happened to me. Don’t know why anyone would say “if you’re looking for a blonde stylist look no further”, unless it was a friend. Went in needing a root touch up and she said my roots were light enough to lift so we started on that. Once we were finished I ended up with a bright orange/yellow stripe and then also blotches. She then told me it will need another session. Lol, not with a real blonde stylist. Now she says she had told me she doesn’t use bleach, which no i was never told that. I couldn’t get a refund unless I went back at THAT exact moment, and she knew I had to go to work because that’s what I told her before. Was charged 100$ for stripes and blotches of platinum, purple, orange, and yellow. And then $40 for a “haircut” when all I asked for was a trim but she took off 1.5 inches and said that wasn’t a trim. Lol why take off that much when I asked for a trim then? Being very unprofessional and rude about the whole situation and really doesn’t care what she’ll send you out with because don’t worry, you’ll be scheduled for another appointment so she can try again! Was only offered my money back, that I paid in cash and got an email that I was “refunded”, If it were through venmo so she can get a tax write off. Don’t know why anyone would say “if you’re looking for a blonde stylist look no further”, unless it was a friend. She does an incredible job and always keeps the integrity of my hair while still giving me what I want! Critical: Professionalism, Valuei went to her to fix my roots and she was rude commenting on my appearance because i was in sweat pants . She asked if id like my hair trimmed and i told her not if it costs more ( i said the same thing when she asked me if i wanted conditioner in my hair ) Long story short my hair was uneven, orange and she charged me for a full deep condition and hair cut. When i told her how unhappy i was with it she flipped out .would not recommend for anyone especially if you are trying to go blonde. Ive heard several stories and they only ever get worse . The first time I went she was an absolute angel my hair was a wreck and my previous hair stylist had cancelled on me twice for corrections. I called alysha desperate for a color correction because my previous hair stylist had cancelled on me the day of my appointment and I had a special date the next day, alyshia scheduled me even though I was calling for a appointment within hours notice and she stayed way past closing just to get me in. Never have a met a stylist with such talent and kindness I left with my hair completely rejuvenated, beautiful color and style and exactly what I needed. Best that I have ever been too! Alysha always makes a point to work me into her busy schedule. If you can’t get in right away it is worth waiting for her to work her magic. I recommend this salon.
