Unfortunately my experience was not a good. I wanted my jawline less droopy but ended with misaligned bumps that didn’t look natural. My usual injector, whom is a board certified plastic surgeon, was on maternity leave. I’ve been to other nurse injectors prior to the plastic surgeon and they all do there best but obviously do not have doctor level training. I had the filler dissolved over several appointments, first time having it dissolved, but it’s still not the same. A very expensive 1,000 adventure as I did not get a refund or any compensation. Needless to say I will not return and will be patient if my doctor is on leave.

Andrea is AMAZING. The front desk coordinators are always so sweet. Struggling with mental health can make it difficult to keep up with my skincare, not to mention my picking disorder, but I have never, not once, felt judged or ashamed when coming in for dermaplain and peel appointments. I love that she will try to go out of her way if what you scheduled for needs to be adjusted to what is best accommodating for your skin type. She’s very knowledgeable, experienced and efficient. Andrea goes above and beyond for all her clients and I can’t wait to try other services with the staff here

I had an appointment with McKenzy for Botox and ended up getting some filler for my RBF as well. It was my first ever appointment for either and I couldn’t have had a better experience! She was so knowledgeable and understood my hope for subtle changes – needless to say she NAILED it! She was forthcoming about the different types of products and costs associated. The pros and cons as they pertained to my face and needs for my desired results. We landed on a great treatment plan and I already feel more youthful, while still looking my age (if that makes sense!) and I just left a few hours ago. I can’t wait to see the full outcome in a few days/weeks. If you’re on the fence about any procedures I recommend you go see her. She’s not pushy to fill some quota, doesn’t try to sell you products you feel bad saying you don’t want, and best of all she will make you feel at ease immediately! Thanks McKenzy!

Been going here for years. Regularly get dermaplanes, botox and hydrofacials. Beautiful office, estheticians are very nice and knowledgeable, but are not pushy about trying to sell services or products. Office staff is amazing, always able to work around my schedule and reschedule with ease.

There are no words or stars to say enough about how amazing this place is. Rachel is my esthetician for the past several years including 2 pregnancies back to back.
