Critical: Professionalism, QualityDON’T GO HERE!!!! Dirty rooms and unprofessional service. Staff has you pay and tip prior to massage. Massage was short(paid for 45 min and massage wasn’t even 30 min)and mediocre at best. Worst of all, she didn”t like the $10 tip and I owed her more money !! If the place was clean and the massage was better your tip would be more.

Critical: Communication, QualityWalked in the door in a lot of neuropathy pain. They insisted on their $60/hr payment UP FRONT prior to any service being rendered. I paid for 1Hr Full-Body, Deep Tissue. I only got 45 minutes. It wasn’t Deep Tissue at all! Only worked on my back, arms, and hamstrings. No neck, head, shins, or shoulders. Nothing on my chest, legs, or knees. Then masseuse had the audacity to INSIST on a tip while I was still on the table!!!! I tip for great service w/o being SOLICITED to give one! This poor service wasn’t worthy! Masseuse asked how much I pay? I said I paid $60 dollars.. I guess she wanted another $60 in tip money! HA! Fat Chance!
