I have been coming to Alyssa’s Eyelash for 17 years and I am still satisfied. Over the years Tien and Chem have done my eyelashes and they both have done amazing work. My eyelashes always look natural, clean and beautiful! I get many, many compliments. People who see my eyelashes can’t believe they’re not my real lashes. I wanna make this review to thank Michelle for continuing to taking care of my lashes for many many years. I’ve been going to Michelle at Alyssa’s eyelash for over 10 years. She does amazing eyelashes, She is so gentle and such a sweet person. I love how she makes me feel so comfortable and my lashes look so natural and beautiful. I get so many compliments from so many ppl and most of all from my husband. I would recommend Michelle if ur looking for a well experience gentle trustworthy eyelash tech. You won’t regret it!

The employees were very nice but the prices are way too expensive. I paid $122 for lash extensions thinking they would last awhile but they started falling off in the first few days. The lashes came out nice at first but I personally wouldn’t come again based on my first experience but I guess it depends on which lash tech you get.

My first time here. Seats are very comfortable while getting your lashes done but that’s it. my lashes look so separated as if I had them done for weeks and some came off and I specifically said to the lady I like them full and long. I even came home and my BF said I thought u went to get your lashes done. He couldn’t even tell.

I came here about 2 weeks ago. And it has been the biggest regret of my life. I called and asked if they made appointments and they told me no to just walk in. So I walk in they sat me down very fast. I told her I wanted an eyelash lift she told me 40$ I agreed since I always pay 65. She place the barriers on my eyelashes and put the solution. (Everytime I get a lift they leave the solution on for 15 mins come back and re do another solution for 15 mins) as she was putting the first application a customer walked in and wanted extension she said okay sit down. So she leaves me in the chair with the first application till she is done putting the extensions on the other customer which was from 30 mins to 45. I dont know exact time because we can’t check our phone do to our eyes being barrier. Then she finally comes back and puts a second application and leaves me and does another set of extension to another customer. Another 30-45 mins. She comes back and takes the solution off and my eyelashes are crumbled and she tells me uhh they are very curly….okay I didnt want curly I wanted a lift. I knew it wasnt right because I always get lift and that is not how they look. So I tell her I’m paying with my card and she tells me cash is better. But I payed with my card anyways she charged me 35 plus 2 dollars for using card. When I seen the receipt that she had only charge me 35 I immediately knew she knew she hadn’t done a good job. I went home and seen my eyelashes good and realize she had burn them since she left the solution on for 1 hour and half. Instead of 30 mins. I gave it a couple days to see if it will get better and there not. The tips of my eyelashes are bent my eyelashes have fallen off. I did call back and told her she burn them and she told me to go in. But I live in highland so for me to drive back to Montclair and most likely wont refund my money why even try. Now I have to wait till my eyelashes grow out again. She even burn my bottom ones because the barrier got stuck on the bottom eyelashes. I attached a receipt just incase they say I never went there.

I love Alyssa eyelashes, I have been coming here for many years and never have I witness any rudeness from the staff. All the lady’s have been professional. I have highly recommended my friends and family and they are happily satisfied every time. To me customer service has been very important and that is why I, continue coming here. The owner is a hard worker and does her best to accommodate her clients. Sadly there are those rude customers who have a bad day and decide to take it out on the owner when the owner has no fault. I continue to recommend Alyssas Eyelashes. If I could give them 10 Stars I would.

I have been a customer of Alyssa’s Eyelash for almost 7 years. I absolutely love Alyssa’s Eyelash. You are truly treated like a queen. I had over 10 women stop today telling how beautiful my lashes are and who done them. Ten the owner of this of this little palace is Beautiful inside and out. The atmosphere is so relaxing. The music and the ambience is so soothing to your soul it literally put you sleep. All the ladies who work there are very professional and accommodating which is not common in most lash places I’ve been to in the past. I absolutely Ten, Michelle and Vivian. Ten definitely leads by example. She sets the tone for outstanding customer service. She goes above and beyond to make sure you are happy with your lashes before you leave always. The quality of Alyssa’s Eyelash are A+ rating extremely durable and they last long especially if you take care of them correctly.. If should have any issues or problems with your lashes. Trust me Ten will make sure the problem is fixed immediately. I tell you no lies. I can only speak from my experience being a loyal customer. I recommend hands down all women who live in the Inland Empire area to stop by Alyssa’s Eyelash at least once to get your lashes done I guarantee you will become a life long customer…

I love the attention to detail they do when they do the lashes. I get the individual mink lashes and they last me about a month and a half to two months, but I’m very careful when I take a shower and wash my face. They look very natural. Alyssa and her team. They do a very great job. Thanks ladies!
